Appearance:
Kouhei has a extremely soft tan which makes his pale skin seem to glow a little. He has very pale purple eyes and slightly purple-tinted white hair which is roughly down to his ears and messy. It is said that his appearence is the way it is because their family is descended from angel (although he knows this is not true.)
He is relatively slim and lacks muscle tone.

Attire:
Kouhei wears a simple garb that is somewhere between a long-coat and a robe. It is a pale, pastel purple with a black inner lining. Over this, he wears a small cloak that trails down to his elbows, with a hood: this is black in colour.
He also wears a pair of simple, black sandals.
Around his neck, he wears a small, purple crystal on a chain.

Personality:
Kouhei Motsuki is a calm and collective boy. However, he is also introverted and finds it hard to fit in with others. He speaks in an almost monotonous voice and feels shy to show his emotions.
He prefers his own company but will work with anyone if neccersary.
He is a bright child and seems to excel in theory and strategy more than an all out battle.
He strives to achieve what he thinks is best and therefore has strong morals. He will go out of his way to help people in need, be it for a lost cat all the way to a dying friend.
Generally, he likes to take a step back and think things through. He is very aware of his surroundings and may often find ways to utilise this to hsi advantage or to put an opponent at a disadvantage. He is a quick thinker and an excellent learner, progressing fast at genjutsu and ninjutsu.

Clan Ability:Furotenrai (Literally Divine Flow) Furotenrai is a kekkei genkai of the Motsuki clan. By activating this blood line limit, the user's chakra alters and becomes, what their clan calls it, Divine.
Once activated, the appearence of the user changes: The once pale eyes become a deep and vibrant purple but the most prominent feature is the wings which are formed by the aura of chakra that is given off and allows the user to glide short distances.
It is part dojutsu as the eyes allow the user to remember everything they have ever seen during activation and also gives a small sensor ability.
This kekkei genkai allows the user to access the more powerful Divine Techniques like Divine Arts: One's Last Cadence.
By using this technique, it causes the user's muscles to waste away.
Relationship in Clan: Kouhei is a well respected person in the clan as not everyone inherits the Furotenrai. Both his parents have this ability as did their parents. They seem to have the strongest potency with the ability as they are the only family to have their kekkei genkai survive three generation intact.
Character Ability:

Kouhei excels at Ninjutsu and Genjutsu based abilities which are strenghened by his Kekkei Genkai. However he is poor at Taijutsu because of his Kekkei Genkai which causes the user to lose muscle tone as the Chakra has a detrimental effect on the body. He is agile and swift so he can defend himself but when he wants to strike back, he would be better to have been born a blind kitten.

History:

Kouhei was born prematurely into the Motsuki clan during a reconnaissance to the village hidden in the rocks. To avoid being spotted, the Motsuki wore veils over their faces to hide their eyes and skin. However, his mother's waters broke and medical-nin were straight onto the scene to help. Unfortunatly, when Kouhei was born, he couldn't have been wearing a veil and like all Motsukis who posses their kekkei genkai, he was born with it activated: his eyes were the known deep-purple; his chakra wings white.
The rock ninja almost dropped him in shock but his mother snatched Kouhei off them. His father told them to get out of there while he would hold them back. They had already sounded the alarm and ninja were appearing everywhere to apprehend them.
Kouhei and his mother got out of the village, barely alive. His father wasn't so lucky. He gave out all of his Divine Chakra in a huge wave of power, destroying himself and the ninja around him just so his son and wife could survive.
Kouhei remembers his birth so clearly.

At the age of four, his mother had helped him finally master the control of the Furotenrai and by the age of 8, he was competent in the use of Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. He was even allowed on a few missions with some of the older clan members.
One mission, a simple messenger mission, turned ugly. There had been a mistake with the message in which they were to deliver - instead of it being a D rank mission, it was infact a B rank. The message had confidential information that many would give there all for it.
It was intercepted by a team of powerful ninja. The two ninja and one kunoichi which he was with, struggled with defending the message. One of them were seriously injured. However, Kouhei helped turn the tides of the battle when he couldn't take anymore. With the assistance of his Furotenrai, he just about helped them with the struggle. However, on the activation of his dojutsu, he recognised one of the faces. It was the medical ninja that led to the death of his Father. They weren't there for the message; they were there for him. Fortunatly, they had been dealt with at the point of rememberence and his clans people took him back home before continuing on their mission.

Once his mother had found out, she had forbid Kouhei from going on any other missions and insisted that he only do them when he was a fully fledged ninja: It was inevitable that he became a ninja - everyone is the clan were expected to at least try and qualify.
With great persistence on Kouhei's part and reluctance on his mothers, she had entered him into the academy as early as possible. She just prayed he would be alright.

RP Sample:
It was raining. Kouhei was sitting outside, the water dripping from his hair and down his face. He was shiverring uncontrollably. Ever since his birth, he has remembered. Remembered everything. The bane of the Motsuki, their clan called it, having to remember everything so vividly. It was useful but could destroy a person.
Crunch.
His eyes flicked to the left. That sounded like a footstep, he realised, instantly. But he was in his own place. No one knew of it, no one! But someone was there... someone was definitly the-
A rush of heat and a deafening boom rushed past his body. Insinticivly, he jumped backwards and pulled his sleeves back, ready to use jutsu if needed.
Ching! The sound of metal on stone. He looked down. A kunai with a paper bomb attached! He grabbed it from the ground and tossed it back in the direction it came from.
He heard a gasp and someone leapt from the tree.
"Divine Arts: Ethereal Binding!" he shouted, performing three hand signs. His own chakra flowed from his body in a way similar to chakra thread, although thicker. It wrapped around the attacker and constricted.
