Tsuyoi has long, shiny, shaggy, light brown hair with a variety of high lights and streaks, most of his high lights/streaks are blond. He has big beautiful purple eyes that just seem to glimmer in the radiant rays of the sun. His skin is a very pale tone from the lack of sun light he acquires because all he does is either stay in his cool, sun protecting home or outside in the forest where the trees protect him from sunlight. He has a some what small nose and usually has a straight face. He has weak, scrawny arms that seem they will break like a twig if damaged. His chest and stomach area seem to be pretty worked out, he actually has a 6 pack. His legs are very muscular, it seems hes like some type of marathon runner, he runs a whole lot. Tsuyoi also has average sized feet and hands, even though they are not tough.

Attire: Tsuyoi has a dark blue, long sleeved shirt that has a wind like design on it. He has matching dark blue pants. Tsuyoi wears some type of necklace, the lace is black and has a glowing purple diamond at the end. He has blue sandals on and sometimes has black gloves on. He also sometimes wheres a white robe.

Personality: Tsuyoi is a very intelligent kid that doesn't really like to work in a team. Tsuyoi has an I.Q. of 164 and likes to observe his choices before attacking. Tsuyoi makes a very good leader and will not follow anyone. Tsuyoi likes to train all the time, he loves to show off (Like all kids) and will stop at nothing to protect the ones he loves. Tsuyoi is a very good listener but he doesn't always do what he is told. He will do his missions, chores, job but he usually will not listen to what he is told by his friends. Tsuyoi has trust issues.

Clan Ability: Kazeayatsuri - This is a dojutsu passed down to the very lucky few in the Oyakata clan. This dojutsu only goes to about 2 in 5 of the children. The Kazeayatsuri can manipulate wind with ease, as well as being able to have glimpses in the future and the ability to see if someone is dead or not. This dojutsu has very few features that can be noticed because its makes your eyes purple, most of the Oyakata have purple eyes. This dojutsu does something different then a regular eye, your pupil has a small white dot in the middle. This is about the only way to distinguish is the dojutsu is active. This dojutsu has an advanced version called Tatsumakiayatsuri.
Tatsumakiayatsuri- This has all the same abilities as Kazeayatsuri, but this gives you stronger wind manipulation, increases your reflexes, and increases your speed. Acquiring this is possible only by killing anyone.....
Relationship in Clan: Tsuyoi is one of the few to inherit the Kazeayatsuri. He is a very talented child and the whole family loves him. He would do nothing to harm anyone in his clan.

Taijutsu- Taijutsu is something that Tsuyoi is "OK OK" at. He can dodge moves very easily, he can hit people very easily, he just can't hit very hard. Tsuyoi isn't the type of person to train his taijutsu alot, he likes to meditate, practice hand signs, preform jutsus and more. He has the ability to do taijutsu very easily, he just chooses not to train it.

Ninjutsu- Ninjutsu is something that Tsuyoi really excels at and loves to train his amazing ninjutsu talent as much as we can. Tsuyoi loves to relax in bed while practicing his hand signs, he has become quite accurate and swift. Arashi taught him the hand signs and he has been practicing them since he was 4 years old. He has been taught, also by Arashi, to control chakra. He has been practicing chakra control since he was 8 years old. He has the ability to do his hand signs with complete ease, complete jutsus with some struggles.

Genjutsu- He completely sucks at Genjutsu end of story.

Kekkei Genkai- Tsuyoi is one of the very few in his huge ancestral tree to inherit the rare, and powerful dojutsu known as Kazeayatsuri. Tsuyoi has had the ability to acquire control of this dojutsu since he was 4. What I mean acquire control of this dojutsu I mean he can activate it on will, have control over the wind and to see if someone is dead or alive. With his great intelligent he has noticed that when someones body is a light blue color (In his eyes) that person is alive, and if someones body is a bright red the person is dead. When he was 6 years old he was out in the woods, practicing his wind abilities. He would concentrate all his focus onto one area and then suddenly a gust of wind directs towards the area he was concentrating on. He also noticed he could do this without looking completely in the targeted area. He starting attempting to put wind under his feet to lift him in the air. This ultimately failed but that never stopped him from trying and trying. After his dad told him about the more advanced version of Kazeayatsuri, that motivated Tsuyoi to ask his father tons of questions. "How do you get it?", "Is it possible for me to get it?", "Do I get it later in life?" are some very common questions that Tsuyoi would inquire about. Tsuyoi starting reading tons of books about his dojutsus and books from his ancestors. He found out that you have to..... kill someone.... to acquire it......

Birth Arc: Tsuyoi was born in the depths of his home village inside his home.

Before Academy Arc: Tsuyoi walks out of his when he is just 4 years old and starts walking towards the gate of his village. He wanted to find out what was hidden at the outside of his village. When he reaches a forest outside of his large village he meets a guy that calls himself Arashi Kiyoko just sitting in the tree. Tsuyoi goes to the tree and calls for the man to come down. Suddenly the guy vanished and Tsuyoi heard crackling leaves from behind him.... Coming towards him. Tsuyoi quickly turned around and it was Arashi. "What are you doing here small child?" Arashi inquired. Tsuyoi just stared at this mysterious guy. Arashi walked away. Tsuyoi started to talk, "Wait! Can you... Ummm... Teach me....?" Arashi stopped and turned around. Arashi nodded. For the next couple years, Tsuyoi was being taught by Arashi how to do hand signs, move swiftly, use chakra and how to use his dojutsu. What Arashi did was he went to the library and checked out a book on Tsuyoi's dojutsu. Arashi spent a lot of his time researching this rare dojutsu. After Arashi figured out the secrets to it he started the training. He made a schedule, one day they did hand signs, the following they did agility, move swiftly and quietly, the next day was chakra usage, and the final day of this routine was the dojutsu. On Hand-Sign days, Arashi taught Tsuyoi one hand sign a day, until he knew them all. He made Arashi practice them a lot so he will never forget them and to get very rapid with them. On Agility days, Arashi made Tsuyoi run a couple miles, climb up and down trees and specially made poles, jumping down and jump distances and dodging peoples moves. On Chakra-Usage days, Arashi taught Tsuyoi how to use, generate, apply chakra to jutsus. On Dojutsu days, Arashi taught Tsuyoi how to use his dojutsu practically and tactically. He also taught Tsuyoi how to activate it, instead of it randomly activating. Arashi learned that the dojutsu took a lot of chakra to use, so he told Tsuyoi not to use it to much. Arashi comes to the forest one day and tells Tsuyoi he was accepted into the academy because Tsuyoi is physically, mentally fit and loves his village.

RP Sample: Tsuyoi quietly paces towards the corner of his huge vilage. He is trying to be as observant as possible, watching everyone and everyone of their movements. Tsuyoi soon enough gets to the huge doors of the academy. '*Gulp* My first day of academy... I hope this goes well....' Tsuyoi places his little hands on the knob of the door and twists it slowly. He pulls the door towards him and walks inside. Tsuyoi walks towards the academy teacher and someone threw a paper ball at Tsuyoi, Tsuyoi catches the ball and throws it into the trash can. Tsuyoi walked towards the front of the class and takes a seat. Tsuyoi couldn't wait for this academy to end...
