Personality: Takeo is the outgoing, down to Earth, kind-hearted type of guy. He is loyal to Takigakure, and a very lovable man. If you respect him, he respects you, even if you don't, the young man is very respectful. He tries to stay on the bright side and be optimistic, but he is easily broken and can be hurt emotionally and mentally very easily. With that being said, Takeo does not fare well against Genjutsu. Takeo is honorable, which has gotten him where he is today, second in command of the Matsuda Clan (behind his father), and the second Hero in history. He overall is a person who is sensitive, but also kind. Takeo knows how to sweet talk women, and sometimes even get through to men. He doesn't like using this "ability" for evil deeds, but rather just to have fun every once and a while.
He is a person who believes in reincarnation, so he thinks he should enjoy his life as a human while he still can. Takeo's lifespan shortens a small amount each time he uses the Hero Water of Takigakure, but sometimes he feels he just needs a boost, and drinks a vial. Takeo can be hyper and goofy at times, but it ready to be serious and get down and dirty when he absolutely needs to, or deems a situation worthy of his overall seriousness.

Name: Ninja Centerfold - Sexy Technique Rank: E Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Description: The Sexy Technique is simply a Transformation Technique used to transform the user into a beautiful, nude woman (or a woman in a bathing suit, as seen in episode 177 and the Naruto video games). Naruto uses it to distract or win over men, sometimes leading to an exaggerated nosebleed by the victim.
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.
Name: Henge no Jutsu Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.
Name: Bunshin no Jutsu Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: A basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy, this jutsu allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up.
Name: Genjutsu Kai Rank: E-S Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Name: Shunshin no Jutsu Rank: D-S Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.
Name: Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing Rank: N/A Type: Ninjutsu/Chakra Control Element: N/A Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: N/A Type: Ninjutsu/Chakra Control Element: N/A Description: A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.
Name: Ayatsuito no Jutsu - String Reeling Technique Rank: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: Ayatsuito no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing wire. This string can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. The Uchiha clan also utilizes the wire in their Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi technique. The wire allows the clan member to pin down an opponent, and then unleash a torrent of fire upon them.

Name: Daibakuryuu no Jutsu - Great Exploding Current Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Description: Suiton • Daibakuryuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below.
Name: Taihoudan - Large Projectile Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Description: Suiton • Taihoudan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Elements. Amachi will generate water in his mouth and spit it as a stream at his target.
Name: Teppoudama - Bullet Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Description: Suiton • Teppoudama is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, the user manifests a large amount of water in his mouth which he can then spit at his opponent as a large spherical projectile.
Name: Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.
Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however; it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
Name: Mizuame Nabara - Starch Syrup Capture Field Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Description: Suiton • Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Izumo will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.
Name: Hahonryuu - Destruction Torrent Rank: C - S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Description: Suiton • Hahonryuu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To use this technique Yamato will generate water to use against his opponent. Depending on the amount of chakra put into the technique is how much water will be generated.
Name: Baku Suishouha - Bursting Water Collision Waves Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Description: Suiton • Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Kisame will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country, Kisame is at home with this type of jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves.
Name: Kokuun no Jutsu - Black Clouds Technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Description: Suiton • Kokuun no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Rain ninja Kagari which utilizes the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from his body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto his targets.

The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target.
Name: Goshokuzame - Five Sharks Eating Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Description: Suiton • Goshokuzame is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Water Element. Kisame will form the needed hand seals and then place his hand to the surface of the water. A shark of condensed water will emerge from each of his fingers to attack his opponent who is in the water below.
Name: Suitenhoufutsu - Sky and Water Convergence Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Description: Suiton • Suitenhoufutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja first does a string of hand seals, which causes water to rise from the ground and surround the target. Ruiga can then use this water to drown his target or as a medium to call forth his fish summons.

The ninja will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack.

Name: Daibakufu no Jutsu - Grand Waterfall Technique Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Description: Suiton • Daibakufu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.

Name: Dochuu Senkou - Underground Submarine Voyage Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: Doton • Dochuu Senkou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After forming the needed hand seals, a ninja can sink below ground and quickly travel through the earth, extending a weapon or hand above the earth to appear as a shark or submarine fin.
Name: Retsudo Tenshou - Revolving Split Earth Palm Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: Doton • Retsudo Tenshou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. When the ninja forms the needed handseals and slams their palm to the ground, surrounding rock will begin to churn and twist up crushing all those trapped within it.
Name: Moguragakure no Jutsu - Mole Hiding Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: Doton • Moguragakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows the ninja to burrow into the ground and hide out of sight. This allows them to avoid attack or travel underground.
Name: Doro Gaeshi - Mud Overturn Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: Doton • Doro Gaeshi is a defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After striking the ground with their hands, a large wall of earth will rise into place as defense. The defense is not perfect though, a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall.
Name: Domu - Earth Spear Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: Doton • Domu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by a ninja. After forming the needed Snake handseal, a ninja will harden his/her body using the Earth Element. This provides greater defense against attack and will also strengthen his/her arm to increase his striking ability. Like other Doton based jutsu, it is weak against Raiton attacks.
Name: Doryuu Katsu - Earth Style Split Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: Doton • Doryuu Katsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals, then place their hand to the ground. This will cause the earth to rise up and split apart. Once the ninja removes their hand from the ground, the earth parting will end.
Name: Iwa Yado Kuzushi - Stone Lodging Destruction Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: Doton • Iwa Yado Kuzushi is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. The technique can loosen the rocks and cause them to come raining down on whoever is trapped inside.
Name: Doryou Dango - Mausoleum Earth Dumpling Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: Doton • Doryou Dango is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After striking the ground with his hands, a ninja is able to overturn the earth into a large dumpling shape chunk of earth the size of a mausoleum. Using his chakra, he can lift up the ball and hurl it at his opponent, flatening all in its path. This jutsu requires immense strength.
Name: Doryuu Jouheki - Earth Style Rampart Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: Doton • Doryuu Jouheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals. Then a large earthen wall will erupt from the ground.
Name: Doryuu Heki - Earth Style Wall Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: Doton • Doryuu Heki is a defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and then spew a line of mud onto the ground. The mud will then grow into a large mud wall to help defend against incoming attack.
Name: Doton Kekkai • Dorou Doumu - Earth Barrier • Earth Dome Prison Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: Doton Kekkai • Dorou Doumu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After striking the ground with his hands, a ninja is able to overturn the earth and cause it to rise up around his opponents. Placing his/her hands against the dome he/she is able to suck out the chakra from the people trapped inside and bring it into his own body. At the same time the user will use his own chakra to spread throughout the dome, this allows him to repair any damage his opponents manage to inflict on the inside. The chakra is not evenly spread out though, as the chakra flows away from the user, it becomes more and more weak allowing the dome to be broken on the far side if hit by a hard enough force.
Name: Doryuudan - Earth Dragon Projectile Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: Doton • Doryuudan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and create a dragon from the river of mud made after using the Doryuu Taiga technique. This dragon will then spew mud projectiles from its mouth.
Name: Doryuu Taiga - Earth Flow River Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: Doton • Doryuu Taiga is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and transform the ground upon which the enemy stands into a river of mud.
Name: Otoshi Buta - Covering Lid Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: Doton • Otoshi Buta is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. To utilize this technique, the ANBU member will form the needed hand seal. A large earthen pot will then fall from the sky to cover and contain the target summon. A powerful enough summon will be able to overturn the pot and escape. This will be the final attack in an elemental trio used by the ANBU.
Name: Yomi Numa - Swamp of the Underworld Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: Doton • Yomi Numa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth element. After forming the needed handseals, a vast swamp can appear beneath a target to sink and kill it.
Hyouton:
Name: Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Element: Ice Description: Using their kekkei genkai, Koori members can create a dome of twenty-one mirrors made out of ice to trap an opponent. Twelve remain at ground level, eight are placed above the first twelve and angled toward the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. They can then enter one of the mirrors and instantly transport to another mirror. While moving about he bombards the opponent with attacks at very high speeds, such that the rest of the world appear to be moving in slow motion compared to him. If the mirror the user is in is broken, they can leap out of one of the fragments and continue their attack or move to another mirror. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so Their movement becomes progressively slower the longer they maintains the mirrors. Roughly a B ranked amount every two posts. Though they are made from ice, the mirrors are imbued with enough chakra to resist fire almost completely
Name: Ice Disk Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Element: Ice Description: This jutsu turns the moisture particles in the air into an ice disk. They can be hurled with tremendous force at a target and are hard to dodge because of their transparency. They can also be strung together to spy on areas. They can also be used defensively, creating highly durable shields or disks to stand on to hover in the air.
Name: Ice Prison Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Element: Ice Description: This technique requires the user to use either water from underground which they can bring up, ice underground which they can bring up, or water in the air in a highly saturated environment. If using water as a source it will cost an extra D rank amount of chakra due to having to freeze it first. The user can then trap their opponent within the ice by controlling its movements and completely surrounding them in the ice. This jutsu is strong enough to withstand basic fire jutsu, because the ice has already been infused with the user's chakra. This allows this jutsu to double as a defensive technique, by the user encasing themselves in the ice.
Name: Ice Release: One Horned White Whale Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Element: Ice Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a humongous whale, the size of a small island, out of ice to attack their opponent. The user needs a source of ice or water in order to use this technique. This jutsu is used more as a distraction technique, or to block an opponents movements, because of its size. If using water will take an extra C rank amount to freeze the vast supply into ice.
Name: Ice Release: Swallow Snow Storm Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Element: Ice Description: This jutsu creates a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings.
Name: Ice Release: Tearing Dragon Fierce Tiger Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Element: Ice Description: his jutsu allows the user to create a giant tiger made out of ice. The user needs a nearby source of ice or water in order to use this jutsu. When using water an extra C rank amount of chakra is needed to freeze it for the technique. This jutsu is cold enough to freeze any Water Release techniques it comes into contact with.
Name: Ice Release: Ice Spikes Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Element: Ice Description: This justu unleashes great spikes of ice that come out from the users body. They cannot be specifically controlled and are not for attack, strictly defense for a quick and uncontrolled technique. They do not bear any resistance to fire as some other Koori Ice jutsu do. The Ice created from this can be further used for other Ice techniques as well. This defense is fairly weak and can be shattered with the simplest of techniques of almost any kind only being able to turn aside the most basic taijutsu (simple punches and kicks with no chakra added), and basic weaponary (simple nonenhanced metal or wooden weapons with no added chakra capabilities.)
Character History and RP Sample
History: It has been long since the minor nations of the shinobi world have been destroyed...Replaced by up and coming nations. Well Takigakure, the Waterfall Village has remained independent, hiding themselves for the utmost amount of time. Slowly regaining their numbers, the village has finally come out of the shadows. The Hero's have decided that it is long overdue that Takigakure stays hidden, and now they are as large and strong as any of the great nations. They lack recognition as a nation at all, believed to be a mere fly on the wall...but those think that...are dead wrong. The Village Hidden Behind the Waterfall is alive and kicking, ready to make a name for themselves and become recognized as a nation greater than that of Konohagakure.
The great country has been having trouble, as their numbers greatly increased, but have stayed the same number for a great deal of time. Children mourn over their parents deaths, kids orphaned from outbreaks of airborne illnesses, but one has rose through the numbers. On the twenty-fourth of August, a child was born, by the name of Takeo Matsuda. This child Was different from the others, as he didn't come out of his mothers womb kicking and screaming. Instead, the lad was birthed out laughing, giggling, and smiling, anxious to see this world. From that day, they knew he was to become one of the greatest ninja Takigakure had ever seen.
The most infamous clan of Takigakure, the Matsuda Clan, was rising with the numbers of villagers. They are renowned for their ability to manipulate Water in every shape and form possible. This is not the only clan that Takigakure has, but it is indeed the most feared and most known. Takeo was lucky enough to be born with the Kekkei Genkai of the Matsuda Clan, since his mother was a member. Just being able to control this ability, at the age of seven, not only did the clan, but the entire village knew he would be the child of the prophecy.
Growing up, Takeo is much like he is now. He goofed off a lot, and was very hyper. Without a shadow of a doubt, he was far from ordinary, even though he acted plain. He was a prodigy when it came to the Ninja Arts, as swiftly passed the academy by the age of nine. After that, his Genin time went by very quickly. He was a Genin for yet a week, and the Journeyman Chuunin Selection Exams were taking place. He never really thought about his talent, but his parents always did. They signed him up, an of course, he passed each round with flying colors. Takeo was now a Chuunin, but his Chuunin time was even shorter than his Genin/ After two days, the council deemed him worthy, and he was a Special Jounin by the age of ten. I was amazing, but Takeo refuses to take anymore exams until he feels that he is ready, so he has been at the same rank for seven years.

He thought this for awhile, but after his father retired, and the next in line person passed away, Takeo has become Nidaime Shunketsu. He is a great leader, and hopes to make Taki a well recognized village.

I love the idea of reviving the Water fall village but our main villagers are really inactive if you like you can switch and be the Kage of Kiri if that's OK with you

OK I have an Idea you can rebuild the water fall under once condition, you need 5 people willing to be active and help it grow because currently we are low one people on the main villages.

OK sure I don't see why not, you can write in your history, the village wanted you because of your great water skills and other reasons so go and expand your history.
