At first glance, Yuketsu would strike someone as a charming and handsome young man, his near perfectly angular face gives him a young yet mature look, which only adds to his smile and pearly white, but slightly sharpened, teeth. He has a slightly long but straight nose that matches the angular effect set by his jawline and chin. His face is completely free of all blemishes or scars, showing only smooth and soft flesh on his well framed face, though despite this, Yuketsu has a slightly pale complexion that catches light in interesting ways.

His eyes are a bright and deeply colored sapphire blue, each always lit up by the light around him in a way that makes his eyes dance and shimmer that add to the kind and charming effect given off by the rest of his face. If one were to really stare deep into Yuketsu's eyes, the shining reflection and handsome appearance will fall away, revealing a cold and harsh look behind the animated mask set by his seemingly "nice" features.

Yuketsu's hair is a fair blond, its color changing slightly lighter during the summer and darker to a degree during the winter seasons. Though always Yuketsu has it cut to mid length, there it stays in this cut fashion. Although Yuketsu never tends to his hair in any way, it somehow always spikes itself in a neat pattern on the tops and sides, leaving the sideburns, bangs, and back to straighten out and even more neatly frame his cheeks and face. The handsome face of Yuketsu's features, to those who know him, are all to misleading, as Yuketsu's true personality is nothing like what his handsome smile and sparkling eyes may lead many to believe.

Yuketsu has even set and firm shoulders, the slightly pale skin if bare, reveal a cut and strong set of muscles that hint at his training with swords and weapons. Following along the his arms, the rest of Yuketsu follows suit of his shoulders, his muscles strong and toned, more pronounced around the forearms then the rest of his arms, all attributed to his focus in kenjutsu. if one pays attention, they can see Yuketsu's veins slightly bulging out when his arms flex and move during battle or his periodic training sessions, although they are by no means highly accentuated on his skin, which is a sure sign of over building of the bodies muscles.

Yuketsu's chest, like the rest of his body has no scars or other blemishes that would hide or effect his pale but smooth flesh. His pecks are slightly firm, as well as sides, and his abdomen, which shows a lightly cut six pack. Though like his arms, Yuketsu's torso and chest are almost always covered by some type of clothing, blocking any view one might have


Personality:
Despite his current villainous status and position of authority, Yuketsu is a surprisingly polite, soft-spoken intellectual, often addressing his subordinates by their given names. He rarely shows any sign of alarm or distress and often has entire situations planned out well in advance. Whenever confronted, Yuketsu is casual and uncaring, attempting to draw out a conversation and make small talk, which often infuriates the one he is talking to. Yuketsu initially appeared to be a very kind, well-respected jounin and was looked up to by many. However, this was just a mask to disguise his manipulative and very dangerous nature. In truth, he cares very little for his underlings (both past and present), and is willing to use almost everyone around him as pawns in his twisted game of chess. n his own words, Yuketsu claims to be unaffected by any form of morals or ethics as he views them as mere restrictions on his potential. He is, therefore, willing to stop at nothing to further his selfish ambitions, including manipulating or killing anyone if he deems it to be necessary. He is fond of long, complicated, and somewhat convoluted plots, and frequently appears to toy with his underlings for amusement. Unlike most of the other Genin who appear to have some kind of honor and kindness, including some Kohoha nin, Yuketsu lacks genuine compassion and honor.

Yuketsu is a researcher and personifies the stereotype of the mad scientist. He sees everyone and everything not as a living being, but as an object to be researched—including himself. He has little respect or regard for most others, and was even willing to turn his own men in order to obtain his greater lust for power. Yuketsu's favorite food is pike fish, and that he does not like onion. One of his free-time activities is reading and writing. He himself publishes a serialization in the journal, titled "Effective Medication for the Body", which apparently contains detailed instructions on preparation of medicine and their application. In battle, Yuketsu likes to play with his opponent, torturing them little by little until they can hardly stand. Every time he fights he uses it as an experiment testing himself and his opponent little by little. He also uses it as an opportunity to implant microbes or other things in case they get away. Before engaging, though, he will make extensive research on his possible opponents to tilt the chance of winning in his favor.

Yuketsu has potential to be the most intelligent scientific and inventive mind in Kiri. He is also the most cruel and sadistic. His research and inventive skill is entirely without ethics or morality and he commonly makes test subjects of his own allies if it furthers his goals. His mind is full of scientific curiosity which he puts toward all situations and pursuits he comes across

Scientist/Inventor:
As a member of Kiri Research Institute, Yuketsu is a talented inventor and scientist, having created a number of devices or techniques to aid him in battle or otherwise. As Yuketsu is the mad scientist archetype embodied, he has no morals or empathy in everyday life and apparently his work is devoid of it as well. He is willing to go to any lengths he feels are necessary to achieve his goals, and apparently cares very little for morals or the value of Human life. He often takes no interest in the issues of the village and prefers to engage in his research when such issues arise, unless personally ordered to do otherwise by the kage. By being held for such high regards Yuketsu has become adept to inventing chemicals, body modifications, and items to serve his purpose as a shinobi.

Strategist:
Yuketsu has a talent for being well prepared. He takes various precautions before engaging in personal combat with an adversary, usually studying them through his various methods in order to gain a clear advantage. He seems to always have a contingency plan if something doesn't work out the way he expects.

Chemist: Being a current member of the Research an Development Institute, Yuketsu has otherwise been shown to be an adept chemist. Through his many years of life Yuketsu has become an average chemist among the R@D Institute but far among people of his age. With this knowledge Yuketsu has gained the knowledge to create and research chemicals that normally a genin wouldn't

Mischievous: This character is almost unpredictable and intentions cannot be read by most. Usually works alone but uses others when the time is needed. [Kabuto]

Elemental Defect: Because Yuketsu has tried to many body modification upon himself he has damaged his body in a great way. Yuketsu has a accidentally taken away his ability to perform elemental techniques.

Extended Tongue: Yuketsu has an extremely long tongue. This is due to a body modification the he cast upon himself Yuketsu can extend and shrink his tongue at his own will. This tongue is about the same length as his own body. This tongue can be use for various things like holding something or attacking. The max strength of this tongue is strong enough to life slightly above Yuketsu's body weight.

A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Description: The Tree Climbing Jutsu serves a dual purpose. Taking part in the Tree Climbing Training helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

Description: This jutsu is used to spread poison through his system and develop his own immunity to it. There is a post delay, when any poison is ingested the poison itself will run through his body and he will suffer through it for a 1 post before the immunity kicks in. Through the same process that the Enzyme travels, Yuketsu can spew the venom through his pours in a gaseous form 1 meter from his body making him a tough close combat opponent. If someone gets within the zone of 1 meter of Yuketsu's body the admitted poison and effects will then be forced upon them. The poison gas admitted from his body only last for 3 post

Description: The Bone Healing Technique is used when the human body of the user or a patient’s broken bones aren’t growing back fast enough. This also works for bone deterioration as well. The user (medic) applies green shousen chakra to their palm and applies pressure to the weakened bone or slow-healing bone area. The chakra boosts the body’s natural calcium level so the bones can grow quicker. This technique is required to be used daily until the bone is completely grown back to its normal state. If the user stops applying the technique, the calcium levels will drop even lower than they already were, making the patients bone barely grow at all.

Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses all of their chakra into one part of their body just before an attack. The moment that attack connects, the chakra activates the natural regeneration of the body's cellular makeup, repairing the damage done by an attack the moment after it is done. An extremely powerful jutsu, and at all times it uses almost all of the ninja's chakra, pretty much ending the battle for the user.

Description: This deadly technique allows the Medic-Nin to force a great amount of green shousen chakra to the users hand and strike the enemy’s closest pressure points near the heart. They hit four pressure points sending a great amount of shousen chakra through them and the fifth and final pressure point is the heart, where the user sends a large amount of chakra to the heart and applying deep pressure. This chakra stops the blood flow and severs the veins and connections to the heart. When the user is finished, the enemy’s body begins to shut down, starting from the legs up to the brain. After 5 whole minutes, the enemy will be completely dead. This medical technique is only taught to professionals, and should not be taken so lightly or as a joke.

Description: The Mystical Palm Technique is a multipurpose technique that can heal wounds and perform surgery. To heal with the ability, users collect chakra to their hand to speed up cell regeneration wherever it is applied. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary, though because the blade is made of chakra the flesh is never cut. This aspect of the ability can be used in combat, though it requires great precision to be effective. When utilized in combat it allows the user to sever their opponent's muscle fibers or their chakra circulatory system at the point of contact.

Special Abilities/Characteristics: The weapon works like the venom of a spider bite; when an opponent is stabbed by Jizō blade, it severs the brain signals controlling the neural impulses for movement in the limbs of the victim, regardless of where they were struck. But unlike regular paralysis, the pain receptors and nerve endings are unaffected by the weapon, so the victim can still feel pain, even in a paralyzed limbs.
History:When Yuketsu first entered the academy he was thought to be a great kid, But when the students tried to approach him they where turned away by his impassive eyes. All the other students shunned him and they feared him. To this Yuketsu showed no interest. He was given his mission, to learn all he could and to be the best the other kids did not matter to him and he would not fool them into thinking other wise except if it helped in becoming stronger than them. During practice the teacher had to spar and train with him seeing as all the other students refused and also because he was to aggressive to the students he did spar with and when they would finish the student would have Many wounds to show for it. Yuketsu was almost kicked from the Academy because of this. Not because his strength would be later needed by the village. The teachers did not want to be the ones to tell him and his Father he could not attend the classes. When he graduated he was First in his class in Taijutsu and Medical arts. But he was second in the arts of kenjutsu and Scholar academics. When he was given the tittle genin his father presented him with his Rapier which all of his clan is given when he they graduate from the academy. Yukets just recently learned the true ability of this sword.

Special Abilities/Characteristics: Within his left ear Yuketsu hides a has a ligament and modifies into a Kusarigama upon will as he pull it from within his head. This is a small simple scythe but it is as sharp as any other blade. This Kusarigama is attached to a long expendable rope-like ligament. This Kusarigama is a body modification that appears when Yuketsu pulls out the ligament the tip becomes sharp. When the ligament is with Yuketsu's ear their is no Kusarigama to be found. This is a body modification.
(This isn't a Kusarigama while within the ear) Yuketsu seem to be rather skilled while using it.

Special Abilities/Characteristics: Through a long process of research Yuketsu created bombs that were suppressors to chakra. These in every way look just like a normal grenades and even so much as as the same. The only difference between these and grenades is that this bomb doesn't explode with a loud bang and damage all that is around. In fact this grenade doesn't make a loud explosion at all, it make a low sounding exposing that doesn't physically damage anything. Instead this bomb is infused with a chakra suppression serum that expands in an invisible/senseless gas. The effects of this jutsu causes the opponent or whoever is within a 3m meter Diameter to have great difficulty controlling their chakra. Meaning that ever time the someone uses a jutsu the chakra cost will double the original amount for the duration of 3 post.

Natural Abilities: This is a low leveled healing serum in which Yuketsu made himself. This serum takes on the healing genin itself and speed up the process slightly. Thus healing the user in an adequate amount of time.

This item doesn't cast the user out of the genjutsu it just alarms that the user is caught. Natural Abilities: Another unique experiment created by Yuketsu. This is a Data-gathering bacteria gas that Yuketsu keeps handy to better prepaid himself for a good fight. He implants opponents during battle and one that escape from battle with data-gathering bacteria so as to monitor them afterwords. This gas contains a bacteria that is harmless to the body. It's soul purpose is to attached to the opponent and research their DNA. After a 2 post delay the opponent's DNA is fully researched. The bacteria within the gas then slides off the body in a liquid form blending with the opponents sweat. Afterword Yuketsu will drink the bacteria and fully know of his opponent with just a drop.
*Can be wash away with simple water.

History:
Childhood:
When Yuketsu was born into the house of the clan leader ( his father, Yuketsu Sr. a jounin ) he was expected to be the best shinobi of the clan because he was thought to take the lead of the clan when his father had passed. When he was 4 ears old his father put a Kunai in his hand, he then called forth his cousin who was 2 years his senior (6) and told him battle him. He also said that he would not call the battle until one has wounded the other so they can not continue or one has been killed. Yuketsu had never fought anyone before and when his cousin attack him he tried to run, but all the doors in the room had been locked. Yuketsu had no choice to but to defend himself. the battle only lasted 3 minutes and as Yuketsu removed the kunai from his cousin he mind and heart was broken as all of the clan members were. From that moment onward his whole life was about the training of the Shinobi arts. His father taught him of observing the enemy, following their movements and copying their techniques, as well as focusing his chakra to extraordinary heights in the heats of battle. He also learned to use taijutsu at exceptional heights for someone of hs age. He was also put in rooms for long periods of time with only scrolls of shinobi knowledge and a fighting dummy. He was then told he could only leave when he could be tested on the scrolls and get every question right and if the dummy was so damaged from over use it could not be repaired. When he was 8 years old he was put into the Ninja Academy and told that he must be the best of all the students.

Academy Student Arc:
Yuketsu was born into a bad time. His village had a dire need for man power and good shinobi. Since the Jikkensha clan rarely were used for as shinobi it became obvious that the village was in dire need when the amount of shinobi heading off to the academy were Kinzou. Yuketsu entered the Academy with his best friend, Haga. Haga was the son of Hagane the current leader of their clan. Upon entering the academy Yuketsu and Haga really seal and cemented their friendship as they faced many different hardships together. Amongst the other kids in the academy they were not as aware as the bond the two held nor their team working abilities. However among the village elders, teachers, and older shinobi they knew these two could and would indeed benefit from each other.

The first event that occurred was when a little orphan girl named Takaski was getting picked on by some other classmates of Yuketsu and Haga. At the current time Bachiatari was the type of person to not only want to stand up for the little girl but to acctually follow through with it. He pleaded with Haga to back him up, but Haga knew they were out numbered by their classmates. It was indeed a hopless fight having one of the best fighters in the class (Yuketsu) and one of the worst (Haga) teaming up to take on 12 people. Yuketsu however couldn't just sit by and watch this little girl get bullied and pushed around, so he stepped up calling out the aggressors. After an exchange of words a scrap quickly broke out. Yuketsu excelled in his close combat and basic academy jutsus a bit more than his fellow classmates so at first he was capable of taking on various opponents with ease. The number game however quickly proved to be to much for him as he began to get overwhelmed.

Haga knew he needed to step in to help his friend and to prevent him from being overwhelmed by their classmates. However he also knew he would barley be able to take on just one of them by himself. This is when Haga picked up a kendo stick, his future weapon of choice. Between the duo the two took on most of the aggressive bullies with ease, until the largest boy of the group came in with a right hook to Yuketsu face. It was apparent Yuketsu didn't see it coming and would get blasted and Haga knew with out him, he was screwed. So Haga did the only thing he thought was right and that was take the hit for Yuketsu as he knew he'd have a better chance at finishing the fight with success than himself. Haga and Yuketsu were fighting back to back but now Haga move in to take the blow from this rather large kid. Doing the sensible thing of taking the blow in a spot that wouldn't hurt as much, Haga put his chest between Yuketsu's face and the boys fist. When the blow landed it sent Haga flying into Yuketsu and sent the duo to the floor. Yuketsu realized what had happened and cemented this moment in his mind. This moment was what defined their friendship early on.

Quickly various Academy teachers rushed in to stop the escalating fight and separated Yuketsu from the rest of the students. Haga was indeed fine just had the wind knocked out of him. The teachers saw the willingness of Haga and his discussion making capabilities in stressful situations as well as Yuketsu and him team working capabilities. So once it came to the point of graduation and Gennin team assignments it was obvious to the teachers they needed to pair the duo up.

Six Months Later
As Yukeysu started to train as a Chuunin and get used to the Chuunin life, an important person was killed by someone in the shadows and this started a war between Iwa and Kumo. This meant that a war order was issued to all ninjas Chuunin and higher to kill any Kumo ninjas seen on sight. Yuketsu getting this War Order became afraid of doing missions and going out of Iwakagure. While the war continued to rampage outside Iwa, Yuketsu was becoming a pathetic mess afraid that if he went outside he would die. Eventually Yuketsu’s mother convinced him that his fear of death was rational, but if he never overcame these fears nothing would ever come of his life. With this Yuketsu went to war, prepared to end anyone’s life who dared to oppose him.

Destruction Arc (14): (During the night Kumo ninjas planned a raid against Iwa, and while Iwa had the defenses to fight against this raid it still severely damaged Iwa and it’s members. )

Yuketsu woke up one night to the smell of something burning, turning to his left he could see the western wall of Iwagakure completely on fire. Hurriedly Yuketsu put on his clothes and rushed out to help ward off the attackers. The Kumo raiders were at least of Jounin rank, because even the Iwagakure guards were having trouble with them. Yuketsu decided it was better if he took the route of saving nearby survivors instead of fighting battles that would get him killed. Hurrying towards a house that had been untouched by the flames, Yuketsu heard his name yelled out from behind him. Turning to look he found one of his Genin teammates writhing in pain as he was aflame on the ground. Yuketsu quickly had to decide between saving one friends life or a families lives. The choice was non-existent; Yuketsu had to save the people with more potential to live then someone completely on fire. Rushing into the house that had just begun to catch on fire, he found that no one was awake so he had to go room to room waking everyone up.

Yuketsu ran out of the house carrying one of the small children from the house, and gave directions to the family telling them to head east where at the moment it seemed safe. Handing over the child to the mother, Yuketsu ran to help more citizens that were nearby. Suddenly a huge explosion rocked Yuketsu’s world, and knocked him back into the house he was running from. Suffering from shell shock and getting knocked through a wall, Yuketsu fuzzily looked around and saw the decimation of the houses in front of him. Another blast rocked the house Yuketsu was in, causing it to creak and start to snap apart. As fast as he could Yuketsu ran out of the door, just as the house crashed and crumbled falling in upon itself. Looking around Yuketsu saw that everything was on fire, and most of the houses on the west side were completely destroyed.

Yuketsu stumbled over dead bodies left and right, eventually he tripped and looked directly at the face of the mother he had told it would be safe if she and her kids went to the east side. Looking around the dead woman’s body Yuketsu found nobody that he recognized, slowly getting up he saw the dad covering the children’s faces and weeping heavily. Yuketsu just couldn’t express his feelings this was an abomination against humanity, and Yuketsu would not stand for something like this. Yuketsu ushered the father and his children toward the center of Iwagakure, because the walls couldn’t be trusted anymore and if anywhere would be safe it was the center.

Approaching the center of the village Yuketsu noticed that barricades had already been set up to protect against the attacker. Yuketsu told the father to stay calm and that he would take care of it, so the father waited for Yuketsu to come back. Yuketsu walked slowly towards the barricade looking around for any ninja that could’ve been around. Finally Yuketsu heard someone tell them his identification number, which Yuketsu ran off very simply. The number was confirmed and then the family was let inside the barricade, when Yuketsu tried to tell a Jounin that he was going back out to the west side to save more people the Jounin knocked Yuketsu out and left him in a safe spot behind the barricade. Not only was Kumo attacking Iwa, but the Iwa ninja didn’t seem to want to do their job of protecting the village.

Counter-Attack Arc(15):

After Yuketsu’s “Extraordinary service in a warzone” he got promoted to Jounin, but Yuketsu knew it was because of the lack of Jounin due to the extreme conditions of the war. Although didn’t believe he earned his position as a Jounin he accepted it for the sake of his country, or at least that’s what he thought. As it turns out they did in fact not have enough Jounin it was just that they didn’t have enough Jounin required to launch a full-scale counter-attack against Kumo, allied with Suna they were about to decimate Kumo so much that hopefully it would end the war. Being the hopeful that he was Yuketu accepted this mission, hoping that a few more dead bodies is all that it would take to get Kumo to stop the fighting. The plan wouldn’t be implemented for another fort-night so that Suna could set up on the opposite side of Kumo, so everyone was told to prepare for the worst.

Yuketsu knew that with his current skill level he would be wiped out in a second, so instead of saying his farewells Yuketsu trained as much as he could for the next 14 days. During the first week Adair majorly improved his scientific-inventions and body modifications, so that he was capable of being on the battlefield for longer periods of time. The next week Yuketsu was taught multiple chakra based jutsu, although he didn’t completely master the jutsu at least he could use them somewhat during battle. The night came for the Suna Assault Team to move to their side of Kumo, the night before they forced every member of this team to come into the Tsuchi’s office for curse seals that would kill them if they were being forced to talk.

The fact that they had given every member of the K.A.T. meant that they expected no one to get out alive. Yuketsu was determined to stay alive so that he could come back home tell his parents what a smashing success he was. The leader of the K.A.T. showed for everyone to stop. Yuketsu could see the village of Iwa and was in awe of how much fog there was all around it. The K.A.T. leader pulled out 5 flares and handed one to 4 other Jounin and then on signal the 5 flares went up into the sky and made the shape of the Iwa's symbol, in the distance Yuketsu could see the shape of the Iwagakure's symbol. The K.A.T. leader roared at everyone to start attacking, Yuketsu immediately rushed out at the fog covered village. Yuketsu continued to run until he could see the wall of Iwa and heard other people starting to fight all around him. Yuketsu ran up the wall and found two guards that were both weapon specialists. The first one was easy to kill, it only took one jutsu to destroy him. The second cut Yuketsu in the back but was still too weak to live against Yuketsu’s might.

Yuketsu continued into the village and found that no one was chasing him or even trying to attack him. Deciding to take revenge for those poor children who would never see their mom’s smile again, Yuketsu began to burn houses down. Yuketsu did this thinking that he was in the right, but when hearing the blood-curdling screams coming from the houses Yuketsu realized that he was just as bad as the Iwa ninjas. Looking over to the east Yuketsu saw an big explosion and then another nearby where the last one was, this was no surprise because it was part of the plan. Although Yuketsu was certain that the explosion should also have been behind him, running to go check found that the ones responsible for setting up the bombs had been eliminated just as they were about to activate them. Yuketsu saw Iwa ninja nearby that may disable the bombs before they were set off, so Yuketsu hurriedly took the bombs and ran towards the center of Iwa. Seeing ninjas here Yuketsu stopped nearby and planted the bombs as close as possible, using the activation technique shown to him by the K.A.T. leader Yuketsu activated the bombs and knew he had five minutes before they blew up. In the sky was the symbol for retreat from both sides, meaning that the gigantic bomb had been placed and that there was 15 minutes before it exploded.

Yuketsu hurriedly ran out of the Iwa village and he heard the two bombs blow up behind him, meaning he had successfully done his mission. Going to the rally point, Yuketsu noticed that it was only the K.A.T. leader and two other Jounin. Confused Yuketsu asked how long they waited when told that they would have to wait for a day, Yuketsu set up his tent that was supplied to him in Konoha. After waiting one day only 3 more Jounin returned out of the 20 that had been a part of the raid, but back in Konoha it was deemed a huge success and the Hokage even gave out medals.

Brief Hiatus/ Rebuilding Arc (16-17):

The Iwa village and the Konoha village had taken such severe damage, that they were unable to make any major attacks against the opposing village. Both taking advantage of this time of weakness, they began to rebuild their buildings and their armies. Yuketsu was also taking advantage of these hiatus by training his jutsu and improving his Scientific work. While Yuketsu did help rebuild the village it wasn’t his active goal, he was much more focused on training so that he could prevent this war from further damaging the village. Yuketsu figured that the only way to successfully rebuild the village was to stop the foundations from shaking, this kind of attitude set in with him that Iwa ninja were the equivalent of Satan himself.

ANBU squad 17: Kiyome Buke Arc (18-19):

The Kiyome Buke squad was created by the order of Tsuchikage, literally meaning purification warrior, but it was much simpler than that it was a Kumo extermination squad. The Tsuchikage picked 5 ninja that would be best suited for this mission, the mission was to stay by the outskirts of Kumo and eliminate any person who would try to leave. This was really just a passive-aggressive way of committing genocide, and since the order from the Tsuchikage said that they were to remain positioned there until the order was ceased the Kiyome Buke squad was going to be there for a while.

Yuketsu was picked for this squad, because he openly expressed that Kumo ninjas were the ones destroying the world as it was and that they should be destroyed for it. The four other Jounin selected weren’t anyone that Yuketsu knew, but they all looked scary in a way. The squad was then sent to the outskirts of Kump village where there were two villas built, each villa held up to 3 people and could hold enough for a month. So Yuketsu decided to be in the villa with only one other person, that he believed to be the least scary of the four others. Every day they would take 10 hour shifts, with the rest of the 4 hours being guarded by one of the people from the other camp.

At least once per day, the silent alarm was heard and then Yuketsu and the other 4 Jounin would make sure that the person that they were killing wasn’t just a decoy for somebody else to leave. After a month of killing anyone who tried to leave the Kumo sent out ninja to find and destroy the source of this, but those ninja suffered the fate as many had before them death. Kumo tried again and again to get rid of the ninja themselves, but simply wasn’t possible. So they took a last resort and sent a messenger hawk to the Tsuchikage saying that they would sign a 2 year cease fire if ninja would be allowed to leave. The current Tsuchikage agreed on the one condition that the Kyome Buke would stay where they were.

For two years the Kiyome buke acted as an immigration office to Kumo, stopping everyone from leaving without permission and stopping people from entering without permission. Because of this Kumo got back up to speed with Iwa and eventually started to produce more ninjas by the day. For two years Iwa tried to do the same, but amount of able ninja wasn’t high enough to get up huge amounts of ranks. Finally when the two years were up the Kiyome Buke was brought back to Iwa and awarded medals for outstanding service in the field of battle. Once again Yuketsu was conflicted about getting a medal for not doing very much.

Tsuchikage required Hiatus(20):

The five members of the Kiyome Buke were ordered to take time off from the ninja service with pay from the office, since for 3 years the team was stuck in the wilderness without any contact to the village except for the person who delivered the food. Yuketsu was happy to be back at his home, away from the killing and the violence. During this time Yuketsu trained severely with his elders and learned how to take chakra from someone when he was close to their skin. This training took up the full year of hiatus, but Yuketsu knew that this was necessary if he was going to become the Tsuchikage that he wanted to be.

War Ending Arc (20-21):
With many of Kumo’s and Iwa’s ninjas dead, the big scale attacks on each other’s villages declined to almost nothing. Since neither of the villages could keep the war up the war became an afterthought merely just enemies that killed each other when they show each other. This reduced warfare lead to the kazekage calling a kage summit, to explain about shinobi that lurked within each village telling lies of other villages. Sensing a trap the Tsuchikage decided to bring an army of 20 Jounin and 10 Chuunin with him. Yuketsu was chosen by the Tsuchikage to go along to the Kage Summit, agreeing for he saw no harm in helping the Tsuchikage.

Once at the Summit the Iwa's army found that the Kazekage hadn’t brought along an army as the Tsuchikage had, slightly embarrassed the Tsuchikage decided to only bring his two bodyguards in with him into the meeting. This left 18 Jounin and 10 Chuunin outside of the summit looking at all the other armies that had gathered. Suddenly the Raikage signaled and the Kumo army began to decimate all the others. Yuketsu hurried into the chambers where he found the rest of the Kages slain in cold blood. In the Kazekage’s hand was a letter that was severely coded and complex, stashing this Yuketsu ran outside. The Raikage stood before him and attack Yuketsu with feriocity, trying his best Yuketsu just barely managed to take some of the Raikage’s chakra and ran away.

Once he arrived back at Iwagakure, Yuketsu learned of the fact that the Raikage had been maimed and maybe be dead in the ocean that leads to the land of the samurai. Yuketsu thought that this may be his one opportunity to become Tsuchikage, but instead another Jounin known as Torein Otomichi was voted in. Yuketsu didn’t take this personally, but still he had wished that the Tsuchikage was now him for he held what may have been what the summit was about.

Yuketsu Becomes Hokage Arc(22):

The next year Torein was Tsuchikage and did all things that ended the war and began to recreate Iwagakure to its former glory, but it seemed that Torein was unhappy with being Tsuchikage as he announced to Iwagakure that he would be stepping down and that one of three people he had his eyes set on would become Tsuchikage. Of the three one was Yuketsu, this made Yuketsu very happy and he began to talk to council members of his plans if he became Tsuchikage. Finally when the day came Yuketsu was named Tsuchikage and the Lands of Iwakagure screamed in rejoice of this decorated war hero becoming the leader of their nation.

At first glance, Yuketsu would strike someone as a charming and handsome young man, his near perfectly angular face gives him a young yet mature look, which only adds to his smile and pearly white, but slightly sharpened, teeth. He has a slightly long but straight nose that matches the angular effect set by his jawline and chin. His face is completely free of all blemishes or scars, showing only smooth and soft flesh on his well framed face, though despite this, Yuketsu has a slightly pale complexion that catches light in interesting ways.

His eyes are a bright and deeply colored sapphire blue, each always lit up by the light around him in a way that makes his eyes dance and shimmer that add to the kind and charming effect given off by the rest of his face. If one were to really stare deep into Yuketsu's eyes, the shining reflection and handsome appearance will fall away, revealing a cold and harsh look behind the animated mask set by his seemingly "nice" features.

Yuketsu's hair is a fair blond, its color changing slightly lighter during the summer and darker to a degree during the winter seasons. Though always Yuketsu has it cut to mid length, there it stays in this cut fashion. Although Yuketsu never tends to his hair in any way, it somehow always spikes itself in a neat pattern on the tops and sides, leaving the sideburns, bangs, and back to straighten out and even more neatly frame his cheeks and face. The handsome face of Yuketsu's features, to those who know him, are all to misleading, as Yuketsu's true personality is nothing like what his handsome smile and sparkling eyes may lead many to believe.

Yuketsu has even set and firm shoulders, the slightly pale skin if bare, reveal a cut and strong set of muscles that hint at his training with swords and weapons. Following along the his arms, the rest of Yuketsu follows suit of his shoulders, his muscles strong and toned, more pronounced around the forearms then the rest of his arms, all attributed to his focus in kenjutsu. if one pays attention, they can see Yuketsu's veins slightly bulging out when his arms flex and move during battle or his periodic training sessions, although they are by no means highly accentuated on his skin, which is a sure sign of over building of the bodies muscles.

Yuketsu's chest, like the rest of his body has no scars or other blemishes that would hide or effect his pale but smooth flesh. His pecks are slightly firm, as well as sides, and his abdomen, which shows a lightly cut six pack. Though like his arms, Yuketsu's torso and chest are almost always covered by some type of clothing, blocking any view one might have


Personality:
Despite his current villainous status and position of authority, Yuketsu is a surprisingly polite, soft-spoken intellectual, often addressing his subordinates by their given names. He rarely shows any sign of alarm or distress and often has entire situations planned out well in advance. Whenever confronted, Yuketsu is casual and uncaring, attempting to draw out a conversation and make small talk, which often infuriates the one he is talking to. Yuketsu initially appeared to be a very kind, well-respected jounin and was looked up to by many. However, this was just a mask to disguise his manipulative and very dangerous nature. In truth, he cares very little for his underlings (both past and present), and is willing to use almost everyone around him as pawns in his twisted game of chess. n his own words, Yuketsu claims to be unaffected by any form of morals or ethics as he views them as mere restrictions on his potential. He is, therefore, willing to stop at nothing to further his selfish ambitions, including manipulating or killing anyone if he deems it to be necessary. He is fond of long, complicated, and somewhat convoluted plots, and frequently appears to toy with his underlings for amusement. Unlike most of the other Genin who appear to have some kind of honor and kindness, including some Kohoha nin, Yuketsu lacks genuine compassion and honor.

Yuketsu is a researcher and personifies the stereotype of the mad scientist. He sees everyone and everything not as a living being, but as an object to be researched—including himself. He has little respect or regard for most others, and was even willing to turn his own men in order to obtain his greater lust for power. Yuketsu's favorite food is pike fish, and that he does not like onion. One of his free-time activities is reading and writing. He himself publishes a serialization in the journal, titled "Effective Medication for the Body", which apparently contains detailed instructions on preparation of medicine and their application. In battle, Yuketsu likes to play with his opponent, torturing them little by little until they can hardly stand. Every time he fights he uses it as an experiment testing himself and his opponent little by little. He also uses it as an opportunity to implant microbes or other things in case they get away. Before engaging, though, he will make extensive research on his possible opponents to tilt the chance of winning in his favor.

Yuketsu has potential to be the most intelligent scientific and inventive mind in Kiri. He is also the most cruel and sadistic. His research and inventive skill is entirely without ethics or morality and he commonly makes test subjects of his own allies if it furthers his goals. His mind is full of scientific curiosity which he puts toward all situations and pursuits he comes across

Scientist/Inventor:
As a member of Kiri Research Institute, Yuketsu is a talented inventor and scientist, having created a number of devices or techniques to aid him in battle or otherwise. As Yuketsu is the mad scientist archetype embodied, he has no morals or empathy in everyday life and apparently his work is devoid of it as well. He is willing to go to any lengths he feels are necessary to achieve his goals, and apparently cares very little for morals or the value of Human life. He often takes no interest in the issues of the village and prefers to engage in his research when such issues arise, unless personally ordered to do otherwise by the kage. By being held for such high regards Yuketsu has become adept to inventing chemicals, body modifications, and items to serve his purpose as a shinobi.

Strategist:
Yuketsu has a talent for being well prepared. He takes various precautions before engaging in personal combat with an adversary, usually studying them through his various methods in order to gain a clear advantage. He seems to always have a contingency plan if something doesn't work out the way he expects.

Chemist: Being a current member of the Research an Development Institute, Yuketsu has otherwise been shown to be an adept chemist. Through his many years of life Yuketsu has become an average chemist among the R@D Institute but far among people of his age. With this knowledge Yuketsu has gained the knowledge to create and research chemicals that normally a genin wouldn't

Mischievous: This character is almost unpredictable and intentions cannot be read by most. Usually works alone but uses others when the time is needed. [Kabuto]

Elemental Defect: Because Yuketsu has tried to many body modification upon himself he has damaged his body in a great way. Yuketsu has a accidentally taken away his ability to perform elemental techniques.

Extended Tongue: Yuketsu has an extremely long tongue. This is due to a body modification the he cast upon himself Yuketsu can extend and shrink his tongue at his own will. This tongue is about the same length as his own body. This tongue can be use for various things like holding something or attacking. The max strength of this tongue is strong enough to life slightly above Yuketsu's body weight.

Character History and RP Sample

History:
Childhood:
When Yuketsu was born into the house of the clan leader ( his father, Yuketsu Sr. a jounin ) he was expected to be the best shinobi of the clan because he was thought to take the lead of the clan when his father had passed. When he was 4 ears old his father put a Kunai in his hand, he then called forth his cousin who was 2 years his senior (6) and told him battle him. He also said that he would not call the battle until one has wounded the other so they can not continue or one has been killed. Yuketsu had never fought anyone before and when his cousin attack him he tried to run, but all the doors in the room had been locked. Yuketsu had no choice to but to defend himself. the battle only lasted 3 minutes and as Yuketsu removed the kunai from his cousin he mind and heart was broken as all of the clan members were. From that moment onward his whole life was about the training of the Shinobi arts. His father taught him of observing the enemy, following their movements and copying their techniques, as well as focusing his chakra to extraordinary heights in the heats of battle. He also learned to use taijutsu at exceptional heights for someone of hs age. He was also put in rooms for long periods of time with only scrolls of shinobi knowledge and a fighting dummy. He was then told he could only leave when he could be tested on the scrolls and get every question right and if the dummy was so damaged from over use it could not be repaired. When he was 8 years old he was put into the Ninja Academy and told that he must be the best of all the students.

Academy Student Arc:
Yuketsu was born into a bad time. His village had a dire need for man power and good shinobi. Since the Jikkensha clan rarely were used for as shinobi it became obvious that the village was in dire need when the amount of shinobi heading off to the academy were Kinzou. Yuketsu entered the Academy with his best friend, Haga. Haga was the son of Hagane the current leader of their clan. Upon entering the academy Yuketsu and Haga really seal and cemented their friendship as they faced many different hardships together. Amongst the other kids in the academy they were not as aware as the bond the two held nor their team working abilities. However among the village elders, teachers, and older shinobi they knew these two could and would indeed benefit from each other.

The first event that occurred was when a little orphan girl named Takaski was getting picked on by some other classmates of Yuketsu and Haga. At the current time Bachiatari was the type of person to not only want to stand up for the little girl but to acctually follow through with it. He pleaded with Haga to back him up, but Haga knew they were out numbered by their classmates. It was indeed a hopless fight having one of the best fighters in the class (Yuketsu) and one of the worst (Haga) teaming up to take on 12 people. Yuketsu however couldn't just sit by and watch this little girl get bullied and pushed around, so he stepped up calling out the aggressors. After an exchange of words a scrap quickly broke out. Yuketsu excelled in his close combat and basic academy jutsus a bit more than his fellow classmates so at first he was capable of taking on various opponents with ease. The number game however quickly proved to be to much for him as he began to get overwhelmed.

Haga knew he needed to step in to help his friend and to prevent him from being overwhelmed by their classmates. However he also knew he would barley be able to take on just one of them by himself. This is when Haga picked up a kendo stick, his future weapon of choice. Between the duo the two took on most of the aggressive bullies with ease, until the largest boy of the group came in with a right hook to Yuketsu face. It was apparent Yuketsu didn't see it coming and would get blasted and Haga knew with out him, he was screwed. So Haga did the only thing he thought was right and that was take the hit for Yuketsu as he knew he'd have a better chance at finishing the fight with success than himself. Haga and Yuketsu were fighting back to back but now Haga move in to take the blow from this rather large kid. Doing the sensible thing of taking the blow in a spot that wouldn't hurt as much, Haga put his chest between Yuketsu's face and the boys fist. When the blow landed it sent Haga flying into Yuketsu and sent the duo to the floor. Yuketsu realized what had happened and cemented this moment in his mind. This moment was what defined their friendship early on.

Quickly various Academy teachers rushed in to stop the escalating fight and separated Yuketsu from the rest of the students. Haga was indeed fine just had the wind knocked out of him. The teachers saw the willingness of Haga and his discussion making capabilities in stressful situations as well as Yuketsu and him team working capabilities. So once it came to the point of graduation and Gennin team assignments it was obvious to the teachers they needed to pair the duo up.
