Mission Select

A bright light shone on from a window and brightened the dim room with a sparkling beauty. Sitting in the middle of the bright light was Mia Senju,her slender yet toned legs crossed and her eyes closed. The warm light that shone in from the window was none other than the sun that shone brightly on Mia skin. Glowing like an angel her mind stayed clear as she meditated. Everyday it was the same morning routine for Mai, She got up before the sun and meditated until she heard her mother's sweet voice pull her from her own little world. And as the sun slowly filled her room to the brim she sure enough heard her Mother's voice. Mia's eyes opened as she listened standing up and going through her closet as she did so.



" Mai....Me and your Father have been sent on a mission...Don't worry,We will be back home to you...If we are not..You know what to do."

Nodding Mai took out a black mini skirt that was ruffled all around, A black tank-top, and a pair of black slippers that resembled ballerina slippers. Her parents were always going on missions, they worked all the day long and even through multiply nights and days. As she pulled her skirt up over her curvaceous figure and pulled her tank top down her growing breast and toned flat stomach. Today she would go on a mission of her own, she was tired of worrying about her reckless parents.

" I guess it is time...To do a mission of my own...I will train when I get back..."

Smiling she put her fresh flower head band on and headed out of the door toward the Tsuchikage's place. She did not live far from it, less than a mile actually. As Mai walked many people waved to her, Waving back she smiled but kept walking. Looking up she smiled and walked into the kage's building,her face calm but sweet knowing all too well what to expect...And that was a surprise. All she knew about her beloved kage as she walked to his office and knocked on his door lightly.. He was a senju,Just like her.

Zenaku sat at his desk looking at mountains of paperwork. Each document was looked at quickly and addressed throughout his day. Two shinobi stayed in his office at most times. One was seen at the door and the other was hidden somewhere in the large office to surprise any would be assassins. Zen put his stamp and placed his pen between his lips as he looked at a document trying to determine what to say. ....request to paint the village gates..? Denied! Facepalming at some of the people's requests there was a knock at the door and the ANBU opened the door.

Zen remained looking down as the ANBU said a strong and distinct Sir! Slowly Zen gestured for whoever was at the door to enter. He looked up finally to see that it was Mai, one of the chuunin of his village. She was new but a capable shinobi. Sitting back in his chair he grins and gestures causing the masked shinobi to close the door behind the young kunoichi as she walks in. With a warm smile he looks over at her. Mai Senju, What can i do for you today? He moved a stack of papers on his desk to the side to give him a better view of her as he gestured to a chair for her to have a seat while he waited for her response.

Her head up and her eyes calmed and relaxed, she heard a " Sir!" And then the door to the Tsuchikage's office opened. Gracefully she walked in and with a kind smile on her face she bowed lowly and addressed the Tsuchikage with a kind heart and respect.Tsuchikage-Danna, I am here today to ask for a mission. Her answer was short,sweet, and simple
she knew that he was the Tsuchikage,the leader of this village. With the title Tsuchikage came A lot of respect and even more work so she did not want to waste any of his time by making any small talk, she would wait to be addressed in any manner such as the casual " How are you doing today." Taking the seat the Tsuchikage put his hand out to out of respects of the Kage's gesture,because she would rather stand. It was bad manners to refuse an offer or request from one of higher power. As she sat there her green eyes staring directly into the Tsuchikage's, she hopped he would give her something good and good for Mai meant no fighting Involved. She had skill, but Mai was just not the fighting type.



Looking at the kage made Mai smile just a bit wider. Iwagakure was her home and she loved it with such passion and pride. To her the Tsuchikage was The voice,body and leader,he protected and led them so that the people if the village could live in peace. Her hands rested in her lap and she tilted her head ever so slightly,making her Silky,wavy chestnut brown hair shift a bit. Her quiet stare was not just waiting for him to speak,It was so she could listen for any ticks or anything she could find about him through his body language, without having to ask awkward or unnecessary questions, she was basically trying to read him.

Zen grins looking at the young kunoichi as her eyes remain fixated on him. The room smelled of fine wood and the two people sat across from each other. Upon hearing her request for a mission as she smiled. Leaning back in his chair Zen exhaled quietly looking at the large stack of papers on his desk. He looks up thinking for a moment before leaning over to a file cabinet. The sound of the rolling drawers opening and coming to a halt fills the room followed by the sound of stiff paper. The sounds of the folders inside being sifted through.

Zen takes out two folders from two different drawers. He puts both on his desk with a flop before reaching back and grabbing one. He leans back and opens it as his eyes begin to investigate the pages thoroughly. It says here you received high marks when you were a genin that were further proved when you became chuunin. Something about an incident where you were able to get out of a situation by using your tactical prowess.... He continues to read over the pages speaking out loud when he got to certain points. Parents away on mission.....Well spoken of family....Completion of chuunin exams.... He closes the file and looks back at her.

Making sure to always keep an approachable attitude at all times he next reaches over to the other file and opens it. He briefly looks it over before his eyes meet with the girls once again. Ok, I have quite a few missions but since you just became chuunin I want to start you off slow. Know that this has nothing to do with your abilities, I just want everyone to start off slow before I throw them in the deep end. He takes out a scroll and begins writing on it. Next he rolls it up and hands it to the girl. Here's your first mission as a chuunin. He said it with the pride of someone watching another person they cared about excel.
