| Well.... I would say Naruto as for he has a chakra capacity 3 times of Kakashi and he has perfected sage mode, unlike Jiraiya. | |

| True.....but think about what sort of situation would force these two too battle each other?
Aside from that I would say that perhaps........Jariya? Naruto can't enter Sage Mode with the Kyuubi or more correctly can't have the toads on his shoulders taking in the Nature Energy for him. Making it that much harder.
Meanwhile Jaryia can keep it going as long as he has one of the toads on his shoulders.
Now........Jayria is older than Naruto and has had FAR more experience so the Tactics and Strategy likely goes to Jariya. | |

| Also......Naruto without the Kyubi losses his massive amount of usable chakra. Meaning no Shadow Clones and in extension, no massive Rasengan attacks. So far without the Kyubi, Naruto loses. | |
