| I say Orochimaru definitely wins the first fight, since it's been established that Orochimaru's base form holds the edge over Jiraiya's base form.
The second one is arguable. Jiraiya has no way of disabling the Edo Tensei summons, and Manda is going to be a huge pain the ass to deal with. I'm leaning towards Orochimaru. Take away Edo Tensei, since it's too troublesome to deal with opponents who can't be injured. Instead, give Orochimaru the Yamta no Jutsu. Then things might get pretty interesting... | |

| First we all know the toad sage's techs he we summon a bunch of frogs and what not , and oro will counter with snakes. It would be a never ending battle , till toad goes Sage mode and owns oro for a bit then oro does something epic and pwns Jiraya the end! | |
