Attire: Hajime always wears his usual garb. A regular hoody that has it's sleeves cut off. His hoody is black and is very warm although it's thin and not thick like most other hoodies. Hajime's build is athletic and muscular, he is always slouched over and wearing his mask that looks pretty cool. It represents his own ANBU cell division. He plans to make this ANBU cell division when he makes ANBU rankings.

Hajime has his own source of power, just like everyone in the ninja world. He has his mom's birth stone she always wore around her neck embedded in the shoulder of his right arm. Some would say it was creepy, but he has his mom's chakra built up in it. It helps him when he needs some chakra to keep on going in battle.

Personality: OVERALL: Haji is a rather odd person at times he can seem to be the nicest of people, but then in an instant he can turn into someone else. He does not suffer from multiple personality syndrome though if you are thinking that. His usual attitude is carefree and aloof to a point where some might think him an idiot. But Haji is not an idiot he chooses to act like this as it makes sure the pressure of trying be something he isn't, doesn't crush him. To most Haji is a rather nice person who will stop to help someone out if it doesn't put him in some kind of danger, if it involves danger and he doesn't have to fight it is simple Haji will not fight. It is quite simple Haji is a nice person at heart but only to a certain extent, so to say if someone whom he did not know was being killed in front of him he wouldn't care one bit as it is not his problem. But this doesn't mean he is a psychopath who goes killing people in fact quite detests killing people so will often give someone the chance to run away before entering 'killing mode'.

With Women: Haji is often flirty and confident he often flirts with any woman without realizing he is actually doing it. He does not get emotionally attached to them as he does not feel love towards anyone he usually just plays around with them and leaves them, if they are willing he keeps them as friends with benefits but either way doesn't matter to him he just likes to 'play'. He treats women like they are mere things to play with but he is not overly cruel with them he explains things to them and lets them choose if want to 'play' with him.

Killing Mode: Haji's personality changes only slightly meaning he will kill without hesitation but overall he acts exactly the same in his odd way. He will continue to talk too much to the person often commenting on their style and why they might fight like that or act in the way they do trying to mess with their mind. Also at this point there is nothing that will persuade Haji from killing his opponent as he has shut out all feelings of compassion and mercy towards the person he is fighting.

Alone: Often Haji likes to sit in a forest and sing to himself which he will not do in front of people as he doubts his own voice. He thinks being around other people too much disrupts a person's flow or energy and feels that every person needs to be alone for some time so they can release pent up emotions by doing some form of talking even if it is talking to themselves. When alone he will also often talk to himself like he is a different person and constantly argue with himself countering everything he says with something else making people assume he is insane.

Love: Haji is not overly familiar with this feeling be it love as in romance or love for a family member he has not come to understand what drives people to feel this way. He is experienced in sex and mainly satisfies the woman or women he is with but he does not feel love for them as a wife and husband would this is a result of growing up in a highly hostile environment for most of his life. He has tried to understand this feeling but he could never truly feel that way about anyone he had ever met so far as such speaking of love to him is like speaking to a rock about it he doesn't care for it a bit.

Name of Clan: Inuzuka Clan
Clan Ability: The Inuzuka clan (犬塚一族, Inuzuka Ichizoku) or Inuzuka family (犬塚家, Inuzuka-ke) is known for their use of ninken as fighting companions. Clan members are apparently given their own canine partner or partners when they reach a certain age. Thereafter, the shinobi and his/her dog(s) are practically inseparable. Clan members have distinctive red fang markings on their cheeks, animalistic eyes, and enlarged canine teeth. It would seem that due to the bond between a Inuzuka clan member and their canine partner(s), their chakra is allowed to mix and is shared between them, adding a feral appearance to the human partners, and makes a bond between them that affords them the use of the clan's collaboration jutsu, such as the Dual Piercing Fang.

History: Pre-Academy Arc
When Haji was born, he was spoiled by his father. He was so spoiled, he never got out of the habit calling his dear old pa' daddy. His father taught him to always ask questions for if you never ask questions, you will never learn. This meant a lot to Hajime, so he has vowed to say this to a student he has one day, to continue to legacy of his father.

Academy Arc

Genin Arc
One day, as Hajime Inuzuka was strolling around the forests like a regular Saturday. He heard a noise, as he was not even enrolled in the Academy, and saw someone in the woods. This man's name was Skia. Skia swore to Hajime that he would give him power, if he would let Skia put a mark on his right arm's wrist. Hajime said it was ok as Skia bent over towards Haji's wrist and bit down, penetrating the skin. Haji had no idea what this was at the time, but over time, he would realize that Skia put a cursed mark on him, just like the legendary Sasuke Uchiha and the Sound Five.

Haji's body couldn't handle it at first, all of the power and unknown chakra rushing through his veins. Hajime would try to fight off the chakra markings that were covering his body. He couldn't handle it and neither could Skia. He got too over worked about this, his new test subject. He was taking notes and wasn't paying any attention to his test subject, as all doctors know is a bad thing.

While Skia wasn't paying attention, Haji would let the curse take his body and he ravaged Skia's body until he was dead. His pup named Tane, from the Inuzuka Clan, would leave Haji at this time as he knew that this was a bad thing, this curse. He was found unconceous in the forest with Skia's dead body next to him, bled to death. He took the body in the Mizukage's office and briefed him while also revealing the curse mark on his right arm wrist. He was then told that he bared the mark of Heaven, the same one as the legendary Sasuke Uchiha. He was the sole owner of the Heaven Curse Mark.

You need to purchase the jutsu in the Jutsu shop and for custom one you need to train them. I know you probably don't know what to do so I’ll explain this to you !

So your saying, even if I just started i have to buy these jutsu? If that's the case, I don't think that's all too good...

I do not completely agree with Alpha on some things, but on this, I would only allow you to have all the Academy jutsu and the D-rank clan techniques. You would have been required to know the Academy jutsu to become a genin in the first place, and the Inuzuka clan is said to have their animal familiars since they were children. Any others, though, you will be required to train for or buy. Otherwise, this has my personal stamp of approval.
