The eye not only has abilities of it's own, but its ability to copy jutsu makes growth of the wielder limitless.

I agree with your judgment the eye of the clan has many tricks however it has it's minor flash back but who cares the eye is blinded by its own shadow of "Exoticness".

I think the Hyugas eyes are more important as for they can't be obtained by a non clan member. But Sharingan is still pretty precious.

Both eye have their good things however the sharingan has many more advantages as seen how the author of naruto focuses more on the sharingan Laughing

I think its Sharingan as for with the speed and reflexes, a byakugan user could never do a palm on the sharingan user, unless that sharingan user over used his Mangekyou a lot before the battle with the Hyuga.

I believe the Sharingan is gone after the Byakugan more. If a genius like Orochimaru were to want the Byakugan he could find a way.
