Attire: Seizen can be found wearing a dull-purple sleeveless shirt that unzips down the center with the Uchiha Crest on the back. 'Round his waist he wears a large pale blue skirt like garment that is tied down with a purple rope,underneath he wears black tight shinobi pants tucked into bucklers that defend his shins & ankles with shinobi tabi. As for accesories and such he does not display his headband until he enters a battle/spar; He wears wrist wraps & has bandages over the side of his face to cover his messed up left eye, which was scarred in a mission to the land of birds.

Personality: Seizen is typically a laid back type of guy who speaks only when he feels like it & keeps his emotions to himself like the model shinobi would. He considers most nobody his actual friend as he has trust issues. He doe's not take jokes in very well & when he makes jokes (which is very rare) they are dry comedy and not many people would understand his comedy. Being of the Uchiha clan he enjoys fighting & his blood boils during so. He thinks very highly of the Uchiha Clan and often looks down on other shinobi who do not have the blood limit. Seizen has the will of fire burning in his heart and will defend his home & comrades if it costs him his life.

Description: The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.

While the technique is shown in the anime to be even larger and more devastating than Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique (and being able to melt rock), in the manga it is shown to be nothing more than a small burst of flame running along a line of wire.

A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.

Description:A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. The fireball is normally blown through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user. However, Sasuke and Itachi are seen doing this technique without making a ring over their mouth.

According to Kakashi Hatake (in the anime Part II), the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique was originally created by the Uchiha clan, becoming one of their favorite moves with which they became very adept. The Uchiha clan also uses the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique as a "coming of age" technique. This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most Genin should not be able to do this technique.

The trick in making this technique successful is to somehow be able to read the enemy's movements, which normally would require the Sharingan. In the manga, when using this technique against Orochimaru, Sasuke infused the kunai he threw with some kind of chakra.

Description:It's an extremely simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fūma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. Then, to deal with the path of the lower shuriken. If the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.

Description:This technique utilizes wire strings that can be used in rappelling, manipulating weapons, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. Tenten used this technique against Temari, by using strings to manipulate her multiple throwing weapons. Sasuke is also seen using this technique against Orochimaru during the Chūnin Exams. Kakashi also used the technique to tie Sasuke to a tree so he could lecture him on not using Chidori against his comrades.

Variations of this technique include the Manipulating Windmill Triple Blades and the Manipulated Shuriken Technique, where the strings are used to manipulate attacking objects.

Description:This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach using the Body Flicker Technique, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

The anime has a number of other objects being used for this jutsu, such as a boulder, mud, a scarecrow, and even a large rolled-up carpet. These items are usually nowhere in sight, suggesting that they are merely gags meant to lighten up the situation and not an actual part of the jutsu. Additionally, the normal practice of switching places with a section of log is done in several places that have no such thing anywhere nearby.

Description:
This jutsu allows the user to transform either themselves or another object into the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konohagakure Ninja Academy, and most shinobi know this jutsu. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts mental strain on an inexperienced ninja. Thus the best way to determine if it is indeed a transformation is to cause this strain upon the user; though this is of course not always successful.

Tsunade of the Sannin possesses a more advanced version of the Transformation Technique, where she disguises her 50-year-old self as younger versions of herself. Her technique is unique as it seems to be permanent, nor does she need to exert herself to maintain it for a long time, whereas a normal transformation would be dispelled when the user is injured. This implies that the form is a physical transformation and that it only breaks when Tsunade is low on chakra. Kagerō has also shown such a transformation, warping her appearance into a grotesque, hunchback man.

Description:This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui), likely referring to this technique.

The Body Flicker Technique has various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the Sand Body Flicker (砂瞬身, Suna-Shunshin), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the Mist Body Flicker (霧瞬身, Kiri-Shunshin), Water Body Flicker (水瞬身, Mizu-Shunshin), and Leaf Body Flicker (木ノ葉瞬身, Konoha-Shunshin). The Fourth Raikage combined the Body Flicker Technique with the Lightning Release Armor which allowed him to dodge even Amaterasu in a split second.

History:Birth Arc:

Irie was born on December 7th it was marked as the coldest day of the year. Fitting and unfitting Of Irie to be born on such a day as that. On his birth given the name 'Cove' Or Irie in the traditional language. He was born with a full head of dark hair, he had the looks of both his parents but at the same time held his own distinct looks. Skipping ahead as nothing important happened other then the birth of his brother, though he was too young to remember any of it anyhow. When he turned six years old he joined the Ninja Academy, having prior training from his father who was a jounin of the village. He was already prepared for the academy and challenges it could hold for him.

Academy Arc:

When he arrived at the academy, he quickly became pretty popular with the kids, alot of them liked his hair and clothes. He wanted to seem like he didn't care about the attention so he made himself nonchalant. He has been in the academy for an average amount of time, but he was still considered a prodigy, just not of the caliber of geniuses in the past. He claimed that once he got his sharingan things would be different. After his first year in the academy, he came out Number 1 in all things in the school, so many boys envied him. On his way back home from graduation, he came home and saw that his family was speaking to a man in the mask, he learned about them before, ANBU Black ops. They worked for the Hokage. He could peek through a tear in one of the walls. His parents were being very dark and told the man they would expose just what the Elders were doing if they don't stop. Irie didn't understand what was going on, the ANBU had a remark saying that they should have listened before and made a comment about a final clock's dong noise before disappearing. After he was gone Irie walked into the house and greeted his mother and father; Soon after this incident he was promoted to Genin.

Genin Arc:

When Irie graduated he was placed on a team with two others he never really talked to during the academy, but then. He never really spoke to anyone back in the academy, he was more focused on his work then getting popular with the people in the class. They're sensei didn't seem like they were that strong from they're looks. But looks could be deceiving. They introduced themselves and then went on several easy missions together until one good mission finally opened up for them. It was to deliver a package to the land of Rock to the west, The sensei carried the package on they're back while the 3 of them watched out for any dangers. It seemed like a pretty relaxing mission until nightfall came and they had to be more alert. Irie felt as though he was being watched by something, he could swear he could see golden eyes in the bushes, the trees, everywhere he looked. He warned his team, they told it was probably just an owl. He didn't believe them, he kept his guard up. Eventually they came to a crossroads, the sign was gone so they had no idea which way to go. The sensei ordered for Irie and the boy on his team to go left, he and the other girl member went right. On they're way down the left trail Irie could hear a slithering noise and he said to his team mate about it who could also hear it now. When they got further they hit a dead end,it was a newly placed rock. Irie could tell something wasn't right, he activated the sharingan, and saw someones chakra out of the corner of his eye. He shouted that he was right and quickly saw him throw a kunai at the two of them. He told his team mate to get down as he pulled him to the ground dodging the kunai. To his surprise the man used an earth jutsu and it sent rocks colliding towards them shooting out of the ground. It hit Irie sending him into the air he felt the wind get knocked out of him, when he hit the ground, the man approached them, his team mate got up, Irie watched from the ground as his mate attempted to attack the man with kunai & water jutsus, all to no avail the boy was beaten mercilessly, Irie stumbled to his feet and used a fire jutsu but it didnt reach the villain in time, the man quickly flickered over by Irie and used an earth jutsu that covered his hand in rock and smashed Irie across the face with it, bludgening his left eye completely cutting off vision from it, He passed out just after his sensei had arrived with his other team mate to stop the man from killing them, he blacked out & awoke in the village. After resting in the hospital for a week he was told his eye could be unrecoverable & would take alot of time to heal. It lays under bandages now.

When he turned 14 years old they're sensei entered them in the Chuunin exams confident in his teams ability. During the time between the beginning and when everyone was arriving most of the older genin from other villages tried to pick on Irie because of his height, he was a good few inches shorter then everyone, his team attempted to defend him by mocking the others but the two of them were ganged up on by them, they were beaten up by the others. Soon when the first exam started Irie wasn't very good when it came to practical questions so he struggled a little bit but passed the first exam without resorting to cheating. In between that and the next exam a fight between two opposing teams broke out, they attempted to use ninjutsu, Irie stepped in and stopped both of them from attacking the other. He pushed them aside and made them shut up, he wanted to hear about the next exam, many of the people in the room impressed by the boys sheer bravery to stand up to the other larger boys. The next test was to test they're skills in patience, attack, defense , tracking and other things a shinobi requires.


They were put in different parts of the forest of death and were to stay in there for one whole week with no supplies other then what they came to the exam with, they were to locate a scroll the opposite color of there's and deliver it to the tower in the center by the end of the week. His team was put at gate # 32 on the northern end of the Forest, when they started his team took they're time in getting inside the forest taking note of they're surroundings, someone quickly found Irie's team and attempted to attack them all alone as he saw Irie's height, he attacked Irie quickly thinking it would be easy to take him out, Irie's team came to his aid and they knocked out the boy, he had the scroll they needed. They quickly headed for the tower, being the third team to arrive. When it ended they selected the match ups for the last test in the Exam.


Irie was placed against two opponents, he smirked and gave a proud grin a challenge for him, he had to fight one Leaf Ninja and one cloud ninja. When it came time for the break between the fights he had a month to train and rest, he began training immediately and began a new jutsu. It required water concentration and lots of it, it was to form a spiraling sphere of water in his hand, he called it Tearing torrent, it was like a palm attack that after it impacted the water tears at the opponent. He wasn't able to complete it in the time of his training, the first battle had begun, it was the more simple of the two fights, the opponent used Fire techniques and taijutsu. Irie countered his fire jutsu with his own water techniques. He attempted to finish him off with the Uppercut though failed to finish the jutsu, it didn't expand and tear at him. The boy took this opportunity to attack Irie with a punch to the bottom of the chin, this disoriented Irie and left him open to more attacks, the boy sent him into the air and knocked him to the ground, Irie looked like he was out for the count, but quickly had visions of his house burning, the screams of his parents. He slowly got back up and attacked him using a punch to the face. He replied saying 'Never count me out!' with a grin before falling to the ground out of energy, the uppercut took alot out of him. He had nearly no time to prepare for his next fight, his team mate gave him his last soldier pill and restored some of the energy he lost and remarked that Irie would make a better chuunin then him anyways. Irie grinned and stepped into his next fight. Against a Shinobi from the cloud village, he was much bigger then him and looked fierce, and more expierenced, but looks can be deceiving, take Irie for example. The fight began and Irie got a good few quick hits on him, not really phasing him though, the boy was like a machine of some sort. The boy grabbed Irie by the leg and swung him into the wall multiple times. Irie had a hard time getting up. But he wasn't going to give up here, he used the Hidden mist Technique and attacked him with swift and strong taijutsu moves to disorient him, as the mist cleared, a loud click noise could be heard. "I got it this time!" he shouted as he ran towards the boy using the Uppercut, he thrust it at the boys chest and it connected, the lightning began expanding and tearing at his chest nearly severely injuring the boy. They both flew backwards afterwards. The crowd went silent until Irie stood, they roared with cheers for him and many fireworks went off. He huffed and puffed at how tired he was after wards, he was taken to the infirmary, after wards he was promoted to Chuunin by the Hokage.

RP Sample: Irie was walking up and down the halls of the Academy, it was his first day in there so he was a little confused, he looked like a lost dog in the snow or something. He peaked once into every room to check if this was his class or not, close but no cigar, his class was the last at the end of the hall. When he opened the door slowly everyone stared at him, they all whispered to eachother, he could catch a few words, they were talking about how he was an uchiha. He walked over to the teacher and handed him a slip of paper telling him that he was in this classroom and that he was the newest student. Irie turned to face the class. "I'm..Irie Uchiha.."
