Naraku is a very young boy of the age 16 he is very tall and muscular for his age, his eyes shine such as the stars at night. His Arms are perfectly from, not one tissue in his body is not perfect his face is farther more beautiful than any other male shinobi seen in the leaf village. Naraku is the type of ninja whose clothes are blunt and simple, he does not admire the fact that other desire to be him do to the fact his skin and all ninja physical characteristic are perfect , his face is perfectly shaped , his head is simply not too big or small neither is it medium it is perfect.
Naraku is the true soul of a ninja….Naraku like all uchiha has very dark hair, when light is reflected on his spiky long hair it shines such as if it were blue. Naraku has very white and sparkly teeth’s he also has a very long and beautiful smile. Naraku has a skinny and medium size nose which fit nicely with the shape of his face and his wide and shiny eyes. Naraku has a very big hand which mean he is great at Boxing he has firm and powerful hands allowing him to be in taijutsu, not only those he have big hands but long and flexible legs as well as a muscular back, Allowing him to be much like a snake and be able to kick very well as well as flip and jump during battles. Naraku has a very light and tan skin allowing his body to reflect very shiny shadows which gave him the title as the “Shadow of the leaf”. Naraku wears dark-blue clothe and cover his regular jounin outfit with the hokage ropes which he customize to fit his style his ropes has the symbol of the uchiha clan on the back and has many sharingan looking symbols, Which allow his hokage rope to look very stylish.
Personality:Naraku is very calm male ninja, Sometimes he likes to scream and complain they give him too much paper work. Naraku is very serious when fighting but very kind and clam when talking is very odd for him to be seen in verbal fight he had a very strong vocabulary and treats people with respect. Naraku is very clam when handling a situation he can talk to more than one group of people his personality allows him to be very open to people which explain why the Leaf village council treats him with such a great respect. Thought Naraku is very calm and serious like all young male he sometime respond in a mean and immature way but his mostly serious and clam and does not allow stress to manipulate or influence his personality. Naraku is honest and does not admire those who are not honest , even if his life is on the line he will be honest on thing that makes his personality so decent is the fact that he has a very low-tone voice that seems as he is talking nicely even when his not. Naraku is the person that likes to prove right from wrong and wrong from right he can manipulate someone words to confuse his opponents his very sneaky and understand well how the human brain function allowing him to have complete control over his emotions.
Thought other than his skills for speaking, Naraku understand other well and can compare his childhood to many situations allowing him to easily make friends. Like some uchiha his very cool and even when he does not try to be cool it naturally comes to him therefore many people are jealous of his excellent behavior and way of acting. Not like other uchiha Naraku thinks every word he says, one of his famous quotes is “Every word that comes out of a person mouth either lies or through count” therefore he believes in justice , that explain what makes him such as great leader of konoha and possibly the best hokage Konoha has ever had and will ever have .
:: Character Clan ::
Name of Clan:Uchiha Clan
Clan Ability:Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.
The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.
The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.
Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.
An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.
Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.
Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Mangekyou Sharingan is a legendary doujutsu ability which has only emerged in a few clan members in its history. There is still mystery surrounding the eye and the Uchiha clan itself. Each user develops their own unique looking Mangekyou. The requirements for gaining the Mangekyou are very controversial in nature. After Uchiha Itachi murdered his best friend Shisui he gained Mangekyou. He told his younger brother Sasuke that to gain the Mangekyou, he too would have to kill his closest friend. Itachi told Sasuke that a scroll in their clan shrine revealed the true original purpose of the clan doujutsu. This scroll and Itachi himself revealed that the former leader of their clan, Uchiha Madara and his younger brother Izuna were the first to obtain Mangekyou. Madara himself did this by killing his friend, it's assumed Izuna also killed a close comrade.
Usage of the Mangekyou techniques drains quite a bit of a user’s chakra, more so than any other normal technique. Also as a result of Mangekyou usage, the bearer will slowly lose their vision. Madara lost his vision before his brother and sought to regain his power. To do so he removed Izuna's eyes and made them his own. With these new eyes, his Mangekyou took on a combined appearance of his original Mangekyou and Izuna's. These "Eternal" Mangekyou eyes returned his vision and gave him unbelievable strength. With this strength it was said Madara used Sharingan's normal ability to supress the Kyuubi and tame it.
Itachi originally told Sasuke that if he gained the Mangekyou, then there would be three people who could handle it. After the time skip in the series, Hatake Kakashi revealed he too had gained Mangekyou Sharingan. Later it was revealed that Uchiha Madara himself was still alive, and was the "third" user in Itachi's statement. What part, if any, that Kakashi and Uchiha Obito's eye plays has yet to be determined.
Itachi's three named Mangekyou techniques are Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and Susanoo, all mythological deities. Kakashi's Mangekyou technique is named Kamui.
The Amaterasu or Goddess of the Sun technique is generated by the right Mangekyou eye. It is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form to create a powerful black fire which can burn through most anything. As it has been said that anything within the Mangekyou's vision will burn to ash if consumed by the fire. The fire itself is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. The fire is also regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks.
The Tsukuyomi or God of the Moon technique is generated by the left Mangekyou eye. It is a Genjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form to initiate a mentally and physically harmful illusion. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The spell takes place in the mind of the one affected, while the jutsu is cast the one it was cast upon is at the total mercy of the Uchiha clan member. The clan member has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of pain. It is said only a natural born member of the Uchiha Clan can defeat it, this may mean either an Uchiha also holding the Mangekyou or one fully skilled in the three tomoe Sharingan form.
Relationship in Clan: Leader of the clan
Character Ability: Taijutsu, Genjutsu & Ninjutsu Naraku been very flexible is capable of fighting much like a snake which makes him a great taijutsu artist. Naraku is also very strong dude to his muscular arms and his abilities to manipulate chakra at a great rate. Not only can he Move with agility but he is very fast which allows his movements to be quick meaning he moves at blinding spit which is great for a taijutsu artist like him, Like most of uchiha he can move his arms and legs with agility allowing him to be a great fighter, he combines his speed and strength and agility to make many taijutsu combos. Like all uchiha do to the fact Naraku is a wielder of the sharingan he can easily cast many genjutsu. Not only has he mastered all the stages of the sharingan but he has great control of his chakra allowing him to cast genjutsu not only with his eye but we his finger or any other object. He could easily cast a genjutsu of high rank on a certain area and easily capture the foe inside a horrible and powerful genjutsu, not only is Naraku intelligent but his intelligence allows him to create many genjutsu traps and other genjutsu strategies. Naraku is well with ninjutsu but his ninjutsu skills as not as powerful as his genjutsu skills. But either ways his excellent chakra control allows him to have great ninjutsu skills, he normally uses ninjutsu skills of the Fire and water element he can also use Lighting type ninjutsu. Thought Naraku fights with genjutsu he also enjoys using ninjutsu for many of his combos or strategies.
Naraku has master all three stages of the sharingan he has master many skills such as Ephemeral, Naraku will start this technique by using only one finger on his right hand. His target does not have to look into his eyes; a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, he can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them. Naraku has also master other skills such as Mirror Heaven and Earth Change, a Genjutsu technique unique to the Uchiha bloodline Sharingan holders. Using the copy and counter functions of the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha clan member can stop the sensory spell cast on their body and reverse it back on their opponent. When Naraku unlock the Mangekyou sharingan he master many powerful techniques such as Amaterasu - Goddess of the Sun, Amaterasu, named for the Goddess of the Sun, is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a powerful black fire. This jutsu is generated by the right Mangekyou eye. It has been said that anything within the Mangekyou's vision will burn to ash if consumed by the fire. The fire itself is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the amount of chakra needed to use the technique, it can only be used on a very limited basis daily. Though it is regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks, usage of the ability will degrade the eye further and lead the user to blindness. He also master Izanagi , When jutsu is cast on one's own self, any damage received while it is active is negated. Their crippled form will shudder away like an illusion into nothingness while they appear unharmed away from the danger. For those who do not possess the Rinnegan, using the jutsu has a drawback, as using the jutsu will cause their vision to be lost forever. This result caused the Uchiha to declare it forbidden. Naraku master Tsukuyomi, named for the God of the Moon, is a Genjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to generate a powerful illusion. Lastly Naraku master Susanoo, named for the God of the Sea and Storms, is a technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a sword wielding spectral form which will surround the user. This jutsu is generated by both Mangekyou eyes. Susanoo will first form around the user as a skeleton. This skeletal form will then generate muscle and armor for battle and wield both a sword and shield.
FuuinjutsuNaraku had to create a powerful fuuinjutsu because he knew soon the Kyuubi would once more attack the village and he also wanted to capture any tailed beast that attack the village and use their power for wars and other important battles. Therefore after a year Naraku created a replica of the complete Nine Mystical Dragon Seal which acts similar to the real seal the only difference this version is incomplete and will only store a tailed beast inside for a short period of time and a host for the beast will be needed soon this jutsu was named the “The nine headed spiritual heads” and can only be activated by Naraku sharingan. Naraku has not master any other fuuinjutsu skills but currently works on a secret fuuinjutsu.

Kusanagi (Grasscutter)The legendary sword Kusanagi is the personal weapon of the Sannin Orochimaru. When unneeded the sword is kept within Orochimaru's body. When he wishes to utilize it, he will open his mouth wide and have it extend from his chest cavity through his throat.
Nidaime's Raijin SwordThe legendary Raijin (God of Lightning) sword belonged to the Second Hokage. After his death, it remained in Konoha as a legendary artifact. Leaf ninja Aoi convinced Idate to steal the sword. Aoi then took the weapon to Hidden Rain and defected to their village.

This allows the enemy to be stricken unaware, allowing the oil-containing flame bullet to burn them up completely. It is also possible to shoot out a series of of flame bullets by partitioning the oil.

Jiraiya uses Fire Release: Flame Bullet for this purpose, while Naruto, knowing no Fire Release ninjutsu and needing an ignition source, substituted an exploding tag instead. The oil, acting as an accelerant, provides more fuel for the fire in an effect like a flamethrower, and creating an conflagration of far greater power and magnitude than the original fire ninjutsu used on its own could have.
NOTE: To use this technique you have to have a summoning like a toad etc. that can use Toad Oil, if not then you must have jars/canisters of Toad Oil with you on hand.

Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential. The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle.
The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.
Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.
An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.
Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any hand seals.

Description: This technique is performed by the left Mangekyou eye. This highly advanced technique can not be used extensively because of the toll it places on the user. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The illusion takes place in the mind of the one affected, while under the jutsu the victim is at the total mercy of the user. The user has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of torture. It is said only a natural born member of the Uchiha Clan can overcome the illusion. To counter the technique, however, Mangekyou is not required. A highly trained normal Sharingan user can break the illusion, causing the Mangekyou user to experience additional weakness from using it. Character History and RP Sample
History: Naraku was born on a very important day, The day the hokage had die. Konoha had been in danger for years and the council had chosen to train Naraku, as he was an uchiha, Konoha elite clan. Naraku was chosen to be hokage when he was born, therefore he was train by the most powerful and talented ninja of the village, Therefore he became a very strong ninja and learn many skills at young age. During his academy years he first master the first two stages of the sharingan as wells as learning few fire style jutsu which was impressive for an Academy student. All the years he was in the academy he was elected Rookie number one, Naraku graduated as the youngest of his class and most likely the youngest in Konoha history, but because he had such big hands and was very tall he did not seem younger than the others. Been fear by all his fellow team members and students in the Academy Naraku at first was very lonely and most of the time sad. As one year pass he enter the chuunin exam and was the first to pass the survival exam his team came in first place but the female ninja “Kia” had die in the survival exam and the male team member “kyoshi” did not make it to the final part of the exam. Therefore once more Naraku was lonely and successfully won his match in the Chuunin exams after unlocking his mangkeyou sharingan at the Age of 12 he was rewarded the jounin rank. He completed many S-rank missions; many of them were killing criminals. At the age of 13 he completely masters his mangekyou sharingan and Soon Naraku was a jounin commander of the hidden leaf village. Keeping the village safe he then became the guardian of the leaf also known as the “Shadow of the leaf”. Soon he was a role model to all young ninja, even the adults look up to him. Thought he develop a very nice and calm personality he had one and only one goal his goal was to become stronger than he was yesterday and soon gain the title as the “Leaf village youthful burning spirit” At the age of 15 Naraku was awarded the Rank of sannin, and was most of the time out of the village doing many missions and spying on other village, After 3-month he retire from this sannin rank and became a Anbu of the leaf village working directly from the council therefore he learn about the village government and system . At the age of 16 he was rewarded the Hokage rank, and today he fights like a true ninja and yet everyday he is stronger than the day before, Naraku as the hokage is odd to find trouble on the village therefore the village is now fear more than ever, why Naraku uchiha is the new guardian of this big tree also known as konoha and his will of fire burns on the soul and blood of all the shinobi on this lands.
Academy Years Naraku was bright and smart and not to mention he was been train by the strongest professors in konoha , Therefore when he enter the ninja academy was chosen and elected rookie number one varies time, not only did he master all the E-rank jutsu but as well he master few C-rank jutsu of the fire element as such as young age. Been an uchiha he master the first two stages of the sharingan during his Academy years, At first he made few friends but because of his great power and ninja skills his friend fear him therefore he was mostly lonely and sad , It was odd to find Naraku playing, Most of the time he train on the Forest of konoha. He had a very sad childhood and his academy years were not the best.
Chuunin Exams When he first enters the chuunin exams he was tested and even though he did not cheat like the others he was able to answer all the questions in the exams as if he had cheated therefore it was not a big deal for him not to pass the first exam. Once his team “Ryoshi” and “kia” had enter the survival part of the exam they all search for the scrolls and because out of the three Naraku was the stronger he did most of the work and was the one to find most of the Heaven scrolls, But another strong ninja known as “Habichi” had the powerful blood line of the hyuga clan and had kill “Kia” searching for a heaven scroll and had escape before Naraku could attack him. Soon “Ryoshi” quits the exam as they make it to safe zone, Naraku proceeds to the last and final part of the exam and his opponent is “Habichi” been very sad of what he did to his friend “Kia” he unlock his mangekyou sharingan and suddenly a burst of dark flames are fired from his eyes and “Habichi” is burn for life and has many scars on his body. Naraku did not regret this power on bit and was happy to know the defeated habichi on his first move. Because of this great power he was rewarded the Jounin rank.
Jounin Years During his jounin years Naraku was 14 years old and completed many S-rank mission as well as capturing meaning criminals. One of his big roles in the leaf village was that he was in charge of team 8, which he train and one of the team member of team 8 was a hyuga therefore he did not like him very much of what happen in the chuunin exams , the other team members were very talented one name “Kira” was talented on Healing jutsu and chakra manipulation the other one “Shiro” was very talented with his weapons such as his sword, but the hyuga was the strongest of them all his name was “Hinoshi”. Once all his students enter the chuunin exams Shiro and Kira became Chuunin and Hinoshi became a jounin, but by this time Naraku was elected sannin.
Sannin & Anbu Years When Naraku was elected sannin, He was mostly out of the village and spying on other near or farther ranges of the ninja world. Naraku did not like this rank and became an anbu and took on many spying missions of S-ranks. Working directly from the council he learns much about the village and its system. Soon he started to finish his training, because he wanted to take the role as the village hokage. Soon before he became the hokage the village look up to him , as well as many of the ninja academy students looking up to him . Soon he did many team work missions with his student “Hinoshi” and had forgotten about what “Habichi” did in his early year therefore he forgive the hyuga clan and had completed many mission related to the Hyuga clan.
Hokage years During his hokage years Naraku was very powerful and did a lot of paper work. Because he was mostly doing paper work he had very little time to rest and just chill. He enjoys walking and resting on the village host spring, not to mention Naraku was only 16 when he became the hokage. Therefore been very exhausted he sometime gave his paper work to the village council and train in the village forest and many of this time he work on a special fuuinjutsu on his laboratory. Currently he works very hard to improve his village. Been the hokage Konoha has never been fear so much, because of his powerful jutsu and other skills.
RP Sample: A shadow reflected on the ground, the humbly sound of the sea , This can only mean Naraku has arrive . The Founder and protector of peace, he is the one who master the sharingan as such young age and to know he is the one to save our world. 'Naraku: All of you be quiet, I have important business to attempt to. But like always his attitude could use some work. Anyhow, this boy is talented and has many trick up his sleeve, his adventure is yet to be unfolded.
Is time I get some training and a little time off , is a pain in the butt to have to do so many things on a daily basis , but then again I need to get stronger if I want to accomplish my goal . Here goes nothing, Sharingan Stage one. My body begins to move like a snake , I then form many patterns of movement hard to read even by the sharingan , I then jump in the air and I spin in the form of a shuriken before it was noticeable I had taken a full shuriken transformation as soon as the shuriken stop moving it was multiplied by 5 shurikens they are then fired rapidly to the nearest tree as they are 3 feet’s in range they , transform to many crows and Naraku appears on top of the tree as he jumps down , you hear a loud sound the , it was the loud sound of the cracking tree . Naraku : I need to get stronger simple , movements won’t cut it , If I want my goal to become a reality I need to work hard. Sharingan second stage, I begin to run at high speed soon I form few hand signs and a smoke cloud appears, as if the weather had suddenly changed. I then hide underground, creating an illusion of my body on top of the ground, faking an Illusionary clone using it as if it were a dummy.... What’s wrong? An explosion coming from the village ..., Naraku said in his mind what just happen I was about to finish my training. All in a day work, that seems to be my life. I begin to run towards the village activating the third stage of the sharingan , rapidly I begin to feel the loss of chakra in my body I then get speed and jump from tree to tree till I made it to the center of the village , soon to see the village destroy . I look around, and I see an incoming kunai, I then jump in the air and used a summoning jutsu . Summoning jutsu giant Hawk, I get on top of the hawk and, the hawk begins to flap its wing in the search for enemies. Yet the enemies were long gone
Another Example The one with a strange yet bizarre look had spoken to me I then think who is he to look at me in such a quaint way, I had no choice but to speak. You dare to talk me in such a pitiful way; you just mark your life with the flick of a finger I could make you eat your words. But I’m not here to kill you in the matter of fact I’m here to talk business I shall begin with my introduction; as you notice from my stylish outfit and the symbols in my rope and hat you should know I’m the hokage; therefore I shall be treated with respect. After a pause and a moment of silence I begin to discuss business I then separate my words in three groups so my message could be understood.
First of all I’m here to show you how to improve your attitude but the real reason why I’m here is to announce you of an incoming kage submit, you’re probably thinking ; A kage submit related to what. Therefore I shall explain, as you probably know the chuunin exams are soon to be release we need to decide where to have them either in the land of lighting or the land of fire, You probably know my village just made history few days ago, I myself capture the kyuubi and had it seal in one of our ninja, that is why I say let’s have the chuunin exams in my village results indicates that our military power is much stronger than this pitiful village. I will not apologize for my behavior, Now then I wait for my introduction this people should be excited I took the time to visit this village, and you should be honor out of all the other village this is the only one with potential, Now that I got my message clear; How are you on this beautiful day and please let’s ignore the storm I say as I reflect my eye on his.
Illusions of a godWhen I connect my vision with his eye I show him a sequence of illusions in which , I show him an illusion of a god also known as Naraku uchiha , Also known as me the hokage of the leaf village, I begin to show him illusions of the great power of my village and how I was able to defeat the kyuubi, I introduce him to my council members in my illusion; I then show him an illusion of how our village has been powerful and strong for such a long time, But at the last illusion I show him a giant tree also known as konoha I show him the beautiful realms of konoha , I was proud to say that I’m the hokage of konoha. I then release the illusion in hope to create bond with the raikage showing him I’m here to make an alliance and not to be hated.
Making a bond I begin to talk with kindness towards the village I knew I had no power here I was just a regular person but I could not help myself therefore I begin to scream very loud as I say my speech.
“Dear lighting villagers I’m the hokage of konoha I’m here to create an alliance with this wonderful and yet kind village with strong powers and many talented young and old ninjas some are experience others are about to begin their adventure whoever you are, where ever you are , I want to speak of the following; the chuunin exams are to be release very soon I would like to release them either in the leaf village or here , I think the leaf village would be the best area to release them but either way I welcome you to the chuunin exams now give me a hand of applauses and scream louds if you’re a genin soon you will be rewarded a new rank also known as the chuunin rank GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU!!!
