Oh my Goodness. So many new guys becoming Jounin. Wanna know why? Well, cause some of the staff are approving Jounin with five lines for there RP sample. So, in order to approve Jounins now, either two Gm's and one has to be highly recommended by the admins must agree on a Jounin app. Or one admin. If someone is applying for Kage rank, some of the admins of high level shall debate whether or not you are fit for it.
