| Hmmmm... AS isn't a rank, and if you meant A or S, then no. You are not experienced in RP enough to do that, history is way to short, appearance, personality, and attire are way to short. Also, you have to start at genin. And Celestial Manipulation is way to strong. Until this is fixed, it won't be approved. | |
