Effects: Talk to Wolfs, and a Few members of the Clan have Wolf Transformation abilities
Drawbacks: unless the user has full control of the Wolf Transformation, they will not remember entering the state or what happend during the transformation

Clan History
During the time of Clans, there were no Great Villages, only small countries and small Villages. All clans were either permanatly camped, had 3-4 different camp sites for different times of year, or stayed in 1 place only a few days at a time. This was one difference on whether the Clan was very strong, or very weak.

The Chinkuko Clan was a very Strong Clan, along with the Senju and Uchiha Clan, but not considered a Great Clan like the Uchiha. But The Chinkuko Clan did fight the Uchiha and Senju Clans in several Clan wars, Usualy turning out in Peace, neither side losing. When the Great Villages were formed, the Chinkuko Clan was one of the Founding Clans of the Hidden Cloud, When they realized that The Uchiha and Senju had made permanant peace and were creating a Village known as the Hidden Leaf, The Hidden Cloud automaticaly hated the Leaf for the fact that their enemies teamed up to create a Village.
