Description:The Jutsu counters the effects of the Sharningan , the Sharningan's Genjutsu's will seem un real , and will ultimatly be flawed. The Sharningan will also , not be able to keep track of the user's movement causing blurred eye sight . The Sharningan will absolutly not be able to copy , his fighting skill and Jutsu. The Jutsu was created during the battle of The Hokage and Kazekage , by storing energy into a hidden chakra gate . He then could harnest it , and ultimatly do forbidden handsigns causing a barrier around him . A force of Chakra , that disrupts the sharningan's retna. Due to the light and brightness of the chakra the Sharningan would burn , and soon it could cause blindness if stared at to long. Weaknesses are that , using the forbidden chakra gate requires a Large amount of chakra . Also , it gives you stealth to all S-ranked Genjutsu. This Technique can even confuse the Mang. Sharningan , as for the byakugan but on a totally different level. But as for the eternal Sharningan , it serves no effect on.only last 1 round afterwards the opponent will regain use of his sharingan.

Reason: Light Does not affect the sharingan in any way, Also Stopping every single one of the sharingan technique is over powered, It all seems very "unrealistic" fake, much of the things you said did not make much sense to me.

Actually it uses Alot of chakra , soooo Yeah ..and it isn't just any light its MYSTIC LIGHT!!

Reason: You don't have light chakra first of all , secondly the sharingan can't be blinded by light if thats the cases is all a Flash of light, therefore a normal eye would literary burn on fire. The jutsu has many flaws, and using a light type jutsu requires light chakra.

No such thing , Light energy is Ying energy and Dark energy is Yang energy , Plus this is not a light type.
It's more like the Aura pf Chakra..

OK, You do realize inception is a genjutsu not a sharingan technique, the sharingan just make it stronger. Also I suggest saying it can escape through powerful genjutsu, But don't go making up some things about defeating the sharingan.

Lmao. That chakra around it is so that it makes it blurry to the eye , its not a natrual chakra force. It also makes his attacks and movements un -copyable? XD

I don't Like that..Simply because , this requires all my chakra reserves ..So why should it be de-activated?

Simply because inception also uses all your chakra reserves and only last 1 turn unless powered by the sharingan. So this would be extremely OP if it last all battle.

Nope, if you notice the scroll is limited to the amount of time it can re-gather is own energy. Thats why it vanishes ? See both are balanced you don't really need the above, because in 2 rounds your out you will be as exhausted as me. So we both face the same type of damage is a double-knife technique, however because i'm not using my own energy I won't be as exhausted but a bit, because I had to mold all of that energy. So really I have an advantage because of strategy.

Did you read my post ? The scroll gave me the energy from nature it took me years to mold all of that energy in the scroll "forum time 2 months" And I'm using it now against you so is not my energy but the scrolls energy however after this, is all gone and I have to use my own.
