--Rinnegan System
Two persons will be allowed to have it however, getting it won't be easy allow me to explain.

You can only unlock it once you have 1,000 post, but that's not the end of the story. Below is a list explaining how it will work.

1,000 post: Unlocked + User only has 1 path
2,000 post: User only has 2 path.
3,000 Post: User only has 3 path.
4,000 Post: User only has 4 path.
5,000 Post: user only have 5 path.
6,000 Post: User only has 6 path.

Reason why Those are requirements because by the time you have 6,000 post the forum will have 800-1,000 members and all the village will be strong enough to defend against the rinnegan.

In the spoiler is a system that will make sure you don't abuse your powers.

This is the Explanation of the Rinnegan, Know that because this is such as powerful jutsu you will find many restrictions in this post.

Before i begin to explain this system you need to know the following, you have [100] points to use the Rinnegan what do i mean , What i mean will be understand below when i explain the system . Only 3 people in the forum will be allowed this jutsu reasons are we don't want more than 3 people with this justsu and only people with good reputation of been good role player who don't god-mod will be give this jutsu ; you know who you are if so PM me ]

Animal Path: To summon this path it uses 5 Rinnegan points and will vanish every 3 post meaning to re-summon this path you need to use another 5 Rinnegan points , Because this path has the ability to summon a variety of animal type summoning below i will explain how much point each summoning uses.

Giant Drill-Beaked Bird [1 point Vanish after 1 post]
Giant Multi-Headed Dog [1 Point vanish after 1 post]
Giant Snake-Tailed Chameleon[1 Point vanish after 1 post]
Giant Panda[1 point vanish after 1 post]
Giant Ram[1 point vanish after 1 post]
Giant Rhino[1 point vanish after 1 post]
Giant Crustacean[1 point vanish after 1 post]
Giant Centipede[1 point vanish after 1 post]

Note:All animals can't be summon at the same time only one per post.

Asura Path To summon this path you need to use 5 Rinnegan points.

Note:This Path will vanish after 3 post.

Human pathTo summon this path you need to use 5 Rinnegan points.

Note:This path will vanish after 3 post every time you use this path ability you use 1 Rinnegan point.

Naraka Path:To summon this path you need to use 10 Rinnegan points.

Note: Vanish after 2 post each time his ability is used 3 Rinnegan points are used.

Preta Path:To summon this path you need to use 5 Rinnegan points.

Note:Vanish after 3 post , each time this path ability is used , 1 Rinnegan point is used.

Deva PathTo summon this path you need to use 10 Rinnegan points .

Note:Vanish after 2 post, Each time his gravity type technique are used the user uses 1 Rinnegan point [ Chibaku Tensei: Uses 15 Rinnegan points an in this rpg the Chibaku Tensei is 60& weaker than in the show meaning this jutsu can't destroy an entire village , this version can only destroy 2-3 building and hurt an opponent like an SS-rank jutsu & Can't kill the opponent ]

Any other jutsu other than the path: Any other rinnegan jutsu would use regular chakra.

Alts, Can't have it. Is to important to allow an alt to have it only 'main' characters can have it.

Make it official. Its one of those things people will actually post for. And just think, a couple people with 1k post. :3 Also. Make it a tourney, after a couple people get 1k post, they fight for the right to have rinnengan.

Yeah, but we need a time limit if that were the case. If by a certain time, not enough people have enough posts, we won't need to fight over it.
