| Root are Hand-Picked by Danzo out of the ABNU's ranks, meaning that they are have powers\abilities\general skill to make it into Root....also they go through special training to kill off all emotions. | |

| I say both are good, but the Anbu is bigger more members. I can't say the root is weaker but I can say they would loose, power is not the key to victory, "United" is the key word the Anbu is bigger than the root, so simply because of population the Anbu wins "United" as for the root, they are stronger but less population.
