| The Gym Welcome to the ninja Gym here you can work-out your character to keep him/she fit for battle the gym will help improve your stats but just coming once in a while won't cut it you need to maintain a certain program to earn that one stat. Below I will explain how the system functions ! You will use the below code for training - Code:

Stat Been Trained: Actual Training:
Simply say which type of stat is been trained and then make a 150 words training post in "Actual Training", every time you train in the gym you get 0.1 stat for that certain stat been trained to get a full stat you would need to had train that certain stat 10 times which equal to 0.10 which is the same as 1 solid stat, when you obtain a stat like 0.1 it add ups to your current stat so it would look like this, let's say you have 1 stat in strength and you get 0.1 stat in the gym it would look like this 1.1, If you have any question PM me. Anytime you train here you loose 100-200 calories depends on the effort of training. Post here to train | |

| Stat Been Trained:strength Actual Training: Kiyo stretched his arms as he walked into the shinobi gym for the first time. He looked around to see a variety of ninja, big and small, working out in groups or by themselves. Walking over to a a far corner of the room, he placed his bag of supplies on the floor. Trying to get a pre-workout workout he dropped down and began doing push ups. 'Seventy five straight right now and another seventy five when i'm done,' he thought as he pushed himself up and down. This was a normal thing for him to do. Set small goals for himself to accomplish. It was convenient for them to build a gym just for that purpose.
After doing seventy five push ups, Kiyo stood up and walked over to the weight bench. Adjusting the weights for a perfect weight for him, he sat down on the bench, mentally hyping himself up. Leaning back he lifted his hands up to the bar, lifting it up. Soon, he was doing reps at a decent pace. After his workout ,Kiyo grabbed a towel and got up. He decided that he had done enough for the day.
