Tsunade would win for pretty much the same reason I gave with Naruto vs Jariya.....Tsunade has far more experience and has had more time to make new Medical Ninjutsu.....and Sakura is one of the weakest Ninja in the series....anyone else want to come forward?

Yeah, of all the sannin's students Sakura is still the one that has grown the least.

She only has strength and medical jutsu. Her strength is powered by her anger and you cant really forget how to heal. So theres pretty much nothing to slacken.

True......I was just seeing of anyone would have a go at defending Sakura...personally I hate her....and I would love to see her stomped into the ground.

Tsunade wins simply because she is the hokage and has many powerful medical techniques as well as been extremely strong.

well, from my point off veiw they wouldnt fight at all. they tear off each others clothes and let me admire them while they wrestle naked.
