| Alright this is How I am thinking of planning it out.
Member Created Quotes :
Member created quotes will be posted into a quote box and be judged by either the community or admin's [what ever hiro decides.] You are only allowed to enter one quote per month and the prizes will very from Exp boost's and Special In Rp Items that otherwise couldn't be obtained outside of the competition . You also get your quote posted on the forums for the month.
Canon Quotes:
Canon Quotes are either chosen by the community or Admin . These will be posted right below the Member created quotes , and usually have no prize assoiated .
