Power and Too Much Power

Dear, Member though the following will sound outrages and out of the question please listen to what I have to say, Though We don't allow over power, I was thinking in order to establish a Ninja World, We actually need those who are stronger than other allow me to explain. For members to have a reason to Role play they need a "Solid Reason" in which case if everyone is at the same level then that would be no fun at all what I'm saying is, At least few members should be allow to have those talents that are banned in the site such as the Rinnegan though We will need "Fairness" such as only one person is allowed this power and he/she is required to be Extremely Activate and not overuse their power as if they know they are going to lose a battle, They are not allow to Use the Rinnegan as a God attribute if I make myself Clear I say some people should be allowed greater but among power those who want it need to be responsible and Active, What this will do it will establish "A system" A plot in which member will want to Role play to defeat this "Gods" therefore They will have a reason to POST, Such as our main character naruto in the show fights in order to become hokage but to get their he faces obstacles, We need this obstacles in the forum, What do you say !!!

I think it is a great idea because not everyone is around the same level. Some people are stronger, and some are weaker. I think this idea would work.

Thats a good idea. No obstacles would make the forum boring.
