Staff Job Quotas and Special Jobs

At the moment, I'm appalled by the lack of work being done by the few members of staff on this site. As the creativity and helper mod, I have no idea if I'm allowed to approve/deny/look at applications. Instead, I will post a suggestion to keep the site running smoothly:

Firstly, I suggest that we make special jobs for a group of moderators, the App-Checking Team. There will be one mod to check Character Apps, one for Jutsu/Equipment, one for Level-Up Requests, one for Villages, and one for Bloodlines. There should also be an Overseer Mod, to make sure the App-Checking Team is doing their job correctly.

Secondly, I suggest that the App-Checking Team not be allowed to enter the chatbox until they reach a certain quota every day. This quota will be determined by how active the site is. The Overseer Mod will make sure that each App-Checking mod meets the quota, or that there are no more apps for that specific mod to check, before that mod can be cleared to enter the chatbox.

This may make some of you cross-eyed or think that this kind of thing is unneccesary, but until the applications are checked, nothing can get done, and no posts will be made IC. As it is, people can only post OOC, and this will drive the site straight into the ground, six feet under.

You can approve and denied you're a lv.2 moderator, also I agree with you.

For now, I will check things that I myself have not posted on different accounts. No mod/admin may check his/her own apps, so if someone in the Char App Checking post makes a character, someone higher-up than the Char App Checking Mod may check the app.

How can we get this to work?

Simple. We just need the Overseer mod to have access to the Admin Panel, albeit he will have to get limited access.

For now. In the meantime, the quota will be on you, Zen, myself, and Amechi, if he can also approve/deny.

Moderators can't have access to admin panel 'Is impossible' only those with the admin 'Official Rank' can log in with a password.

Actually, it is absolutely possible. There can be people with hidden Admin membership, but who are restricted from doing certain things. For example, you can make it impossible for the Overseer mod to have access to banning or site appearances.

Kyoraku, you can't become a mod the first day you cam here... You need to prove that your active, post wise and just plain activeness. I know I ain't the owner, but that is the truth my friend.

I Have an Idea.

-If a member APP is for a certain village, the kage of that village has to approve it or denied it. [If rouge or missing ninja] is up to the admin, here is how it should work.

Each APP would need one Admin approval, One Moderator approval and the kage approval . Three approvals.
