Learning jutsu is not difficult, but it requires you to have a certain amount of points to buy them, therefore you need to understand when ever you post you earn 5 points when ever you start a topic you earn 15 points. Knowing the above you should know the prices of the jutsu to be able to understand how the Learning process works.

Canon jutsu are bought in the jutsu shop but for the custom jutsu you need to train for each of them , why is this so [Some people jutsu copy an paste from other sites for canon jutsu training, but custom jutsu are created by you, which is impossible for the prescriptive person to cheat or copy]
