Description: The effects of this jutsu are the same as the name entails; turning all water into blood. With this jutsu, the user is able to turn any water they are touching into blood to be used and manipulated in various ways. This is done by releasing their special chakra into a source of water, turning it to blood whereever the chakra has reached. The more chakra put into this, the more blood can be made. However, this jutsu cannot turn an opponents chakra infused water into blood, allowing water based attacks to still be used.

Description: After obtaining a corpse, Kai will fill it's body with his own blood. By manipulating the blood within the corpses, Keen is able to control the dead bodies like marionettes. Used in a similar manner as the Puppet Technique, this skill is greatly different as there is no limit to the amount of bodies Kai can control. These corpses can only be summoned in various ways; ranging from being spit-up, grown or even surfacing from a pool of Kai's blood. Since they are corpses and not puppets, their skin is soft like skin and they do not hold any built in weapons within them.

Description: Using his chakra infused blood, Kai is able to instantly induce Hemostasis. This is best seen as a medical type of jutsu as it causes the blood to coagulate by forming a clot that seals the hole until the damaged tissues are repaired. While this may stop any bleeding, damaged tissue must still be healed separately.

Description: This technique makes use of the blood that naturally flows through the body. Using chakra to harden the blood, Kai is able to give himself a defense that is nigh-unbreakable to defend against most attacks and strengthen offensive strikes such as breaking down walls or stabbing a person. If attacked, the enemies, weapon will pierce his skin, but will be unable to pass upon contact with the blood. If blood is excreted through the pours of his skin, even his skin will gain the hard structure, but will gain a red color. Higher ranked attacks that are enhanced with piercing capabilities, such as wind or lightning enhanced techniques, are best to break through the hardened blood.

Description: With his chakra infused with every blood cell, Kai compress each individual cell; causing them each to become flat disk like blades. Manipulating them as he normally would, this microscopically shaves anything that touches it upon his will. While already manipulating the chakra infused blood cells, it requires even more chakra to manipulate their shape.

Description: The main capabilities of Shukketsuseinohito is allowing the user to manipulate the speed of their blood production as well as manipulate it in any way. This allows them to create weapons of blood that can either protrude from any part of the body, or spilled out and controlled as Gaara did his sand. While any blood that they remove from the body immediately regenerates, the skin that is damaged when the blood is removed does not. Users can increase the density of the created blood, making it stronger than steel. This not only makes the created weapons very powerful, but also makes their bodies virtually indestructible.

Description: Known as Kai's most revered skill, it is an evolved form of the technique known as Kyonshi. When first summoned, Kai with slit his wrists, causing them to form from his blood; Muscle and flesh of a specified corpse will then form, along with bones and other organs. After only a few seconds, the corpse will be completely reformed. This technique can be used to summon multiple corpses at once, depending on the amount of Kekkei Genkai Kai has stolen. When summoning a corpse, it will gain and be able to use one of Kai's stolen bloodlines. While the corpse has Kai's stolen bloodline, he is unable to use it. These corpses must be killed characters of members of the site, initially making it so that Kai must first kill someone to use this technique.
