Appearance: Seto is a six foot two, twenty year old man that weighs around 175 pounds. Seto has spiky black hair with a variety of high lights and streaks, most of his high . He has big green eyes that just seem to glimmer in the the sun. His skin is a tan-ish tone from the effect of sun light. He has a some what small nose and usually has a straight face. He has strong,long arms that seem they will never break. His chest and stomach area seem to be pretty worked out, he actually has a 6 pack. His legs are very muscular, it seems hes like some type of marathon runner, he runs a whole lot. Seto also has average sized feet and hands, even though they are not tough.

Attire:Seto has a white shirt under his Green jounin jacket. He has dark blue pants.Seto wears some type of necklace, the lace is blue and has a green diamond at the end. He has blue sandals on and sometimes has green gloves on.

Personality: Seto is easy-going most of the time. He has a sense of humor that makes genins like him. During battle, he is fierce and proficient. He acts like he is never scared. He is kind of nervous around women his age and usually runs away if he likes them. When he is serious,he doesn't play. He sometimes does the wrong thing to save himself and/or his frineds. Most academy students and genins know him and respect him as well as anybody. Seto also is often talking about genins and his predictions for them. Overall that is Seto Mazaki's personality.

Character History and RP Sample


History: Seto is a genius. He may not of been as good as his cousin(Ken Mazaki)but he is great. His cousin lead his team when he was genin. They were on a mission and an enemy used a forbidden jutsu on him. Seto later cried and got angry he and the enemy engaged in battle. Seto created a shock wave in the ground but couldn't kill the enemy. He blames his cousin's death on himself. He was in the academy at 9. He became a genin at 10. He became a chunin at 13 and a jounin at 16. When he turned jounin, he went on a search for the enemy that killed Ken Mazaki. WHen he got to the Sand Village, he stopped and recognized the enemy. He and the enemy engaged in battle once more. Seto easily overpowered the enemy, by the way his name was Hiroto Motou, and had many opportunities to kill him. He never did try to kill him,afraid of what the kage what say. When he returned to Konoha he was 17 and a full fleged ninja having developed his skills in his 1 year traning session after the battle.

RP Sample:
I met Shin in battle again. He was nice to Ken a lot but he betrayed the village. I'm angrier than usual but whatever happens, it's for Ken. " Why?!? Shin! You were always my friend, the supportive one!"
" I needed revenge fool! Everyone liked you. Seto this! that! Nothing about Shin huh."
I got even angrier. I ran at him. I stopped in my tracks.I created a lightning ball and threw it a him. He fell back.... I was ashamed of what I did. Seriously Seto! I thought. He was a good friend. But he betrayed the village I thought again. I went to Shin and saw his motion-less body on the floor. " I hate you! You traitor!" I shouted. I sent electrical shocks through his body. " I hope you felt that!" I said. I dropped and walked away. He should of been murdered. But I can't murder. I just can't! It's killing me that I can't murder!

Name: Chidori - Thousand Birds

Description:Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. L It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.

Description:Chidori Eisou is a Lightning Element technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending spear of lightning. Though unstated, this spear probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge.

This allows him to create a protective zone around his person. This zone of electricity can shock and immobilize his foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system.

Description:Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.
