Atmosphere

Weather Patterns: The weather is quite sunny, no storms and no rain. It is at a very cool temperature of 64 degrees most of the times. Even though it is sunny you don't get sunburned.

Information on the Village

History:

Founding:
This village was founded by Tsuyoi Oyakata's father, Katashi Oyakata. The village has a very small population of elite shinobis that are masters of space-time ninjutsus. Katashi was of the village to figure out space-time ninjutsu and created the village with help from others. Katashi has a huge chakra level, almost as high capacity of the nine-tailed demon fox. The village was created carefully with a special jutsu of Katashi. It allows him to create walls, buildings out of very durable material. This is his kekkei genkai. Katashi, and the small population of shinobis started making laws and started giving out ranks.

Laws, Ranks, and the Dekikage:
The laws that were passed by the council and the Dekikage were....
1. All citizens must wear the proper uniforms for their rank.
2. All males MUST become part of the ranks.(Females can too, its just not being enforced.)
3. All children must join the academy at the age of 5.
4. Parents have to pass on the space-time ninjutsu techniques to their children.
5. All missions above B can not be given out by anyone but the Dekikage.
Those are the main laws that were enforced to the fullest. The ranks were simple ranks that all ninjas use, but some new ones were included. Academy Student, Genin, Chunnin, Special Jounin, Jounin, Dimension Jumpers(Guards of the Dekikage), Council, Head Council, and Dekikage. The Dekikage's job was to control his village carefully, give out missions to the people, and try to make peace treaties with other villages. Since this is a new village that part was very hard, but that never stopped the Dekikage. Soon the Dekikage had a child, Tsuyoi Oyakata. Tsuyoi's destiny was to become the Dekikage after his father retired. So as Dekikage, he chose to train his son a lot.
